Carrier Verizon 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

I ordered 3 phones last night, 9/19 @ 8pm.iPhone 8 Silver 64, XS Gold 256, XS Max 64 Space Gray.

The card was denied overnight for fraud. In the morning I cleared it with bank and the iPhone 8 went through. I called verizon 3 separate times until I finally got a rep that said she had to push my order for the XS's again. This was at 4pm today.

As of now, the 8 shows delivery monday, the XS 256 shows delivery TOMORROW, and the XS Max shows delivery TOMORROW!

Im absolutely amazed.

If that Max actually does get delivered to you tomorrow after ordering it yesterday, Verizon is gonna hear it from me... lol
wait was your order initially cancelled on accident or something?

I think you are viewing in a different screen. Try selecting the delivery from the screen where all of your deliveries are listed. You past deliveries would be listed last and your current deliveries would be first. Select the phone delivery then select Manage Delivery.

I did it from the link you posted. Still won’t work. I’m gonna do the release form like I’ve always done.

Credit card just got charged! Apple pay worked for me, I was worried with all the issues Apple payers were having. Xs Max 256 gold, ordered via app Friday 5:40 pm, Oct 3 ship date which did not change until now. Wow, maybe I'll get it on Monday.

After sitting in Elizabeth NJ for 3 days, it left Newark (without ever saying it left Elizabeth, just randomly appeared in Newark) and is presumably headed to my local facility now.

I can rest easy. It’ll be here tomorrow. My watch is in Jamaica so it’s about 50 miles away.

Tomorrow will be glorious.

I have a UPS delivery. It is in Memphis, Tennessee right now. Scheduled delivery for Monday. Could this be my phone? I'm afraid it's the box to put my old device in.

This is my first experience going through Verizon directly for my iPhone. Do they have a tendency to under promise and over deliver with their shipping dates, or is their website spot on? Ordered an Xs Max 256 GB on Sunday, 9/16, with a ship by date of 10/3.

depending on what phone you ordered, what storage, color. I ordered a Space Gray 64gb Max on the 14th, got ship by 10/03 still haven't seen movement on my end.
 
Mine just left Newark at 9:45 Eastern Time, cool. That means it's likely on FDX1202 to Memphis.

For those of you wondering about pre-signing, I just got an automated call from FedEx telling me that I have a package coming tomorrow that requires a signature. The recorded voice told me that if I am not going to be available to sign, I could leave a note with instructions on where to put the package.
