Your post made me check and mine is too! Newark to Chicago is nothing. Probably scanned at the ORD facility. It should hit my suburban facility some time tonight then. Yeeessss!
I’m by O’hare right now and I just saw a HUGE LONG FedEx truck turning into the facility.
I’d like to imagine it was on its way to shepherd our devices to the proper locations so that we will have our devices in hand on Apple Xmas Day.

After one more call to Verizon on my break today, my second watch (44 SBSS) finally processed this early evening around 6pm ET. Now, all items are taken care of and 4 packages should be arriving tomorrow
I’ve never had an issue. Been doing it for years. Not saying it can’t happen. Verizon would know if anyone ever activated said stolen phone.

I think you are viewing in a different screen. Try selecting the delivery from the screen where all of your deliveries are listed. You past deliveries would be listed last and your current deliveries would be first. Select the phone delivery then select Manage Delivery.
Try signing out of delivery manager then sign again here: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fdmenrollment/
Then add your phone delivery if it's not already there. Once it's there, click on it and see if you can manage the delivery.
Still nope, it lets me type my name in but then says the option isn’t available for this shipment.
My order date eventually disappeared, and now my wife’s XS has shipped but my XS Max is still sitting there “processing” with no ship date on it. So here I am again, 24 hours later, 99% sure my order got jacked up again.
That’s kinda why I haven’t done it. Might catch that one fedex theif.

I ordered 3 phones last night, 9/19 @ 8pm.iPhone 8 Silver 64, XS Gold 256, XS Max 64 Space Gray.
The card was denied overnight for fraud. In the morning I cleared it with bank and the iPhone 8 went through. I called verizon 3 separate times until I finally got a rep that said she had to push my order for the XS's again. This was at 4pm today.
As of now, the 8 shows delivery monday, the XS 256 shows delivery TOMORROW, and the XS Max shows delivery TOMORROW!
Im absolutely amazed.

My watch shipping showed up in my FedEx delivery manager as label created. Hoping I get it tomorrow without issue
I’m not sure why it allows some people to do this, but I’ve always received the “option not available for this shipment” with Verizon deliveries. I have always had success with leaving a signed release form though. At my old place, I would leave a separate note with a $5 tip requesting the driver to set it in the shed around the house and lock the padlock and they would... never had a problem.
Interesting. My phone that is sitting in the same place your “Mom’s Phone” is sitting in New Jersey. And it doesn’t say the. VZW moniker above it. Weird. Hope it gets here tomorrow
If you make a Delivery Manager account with Fedex, you should get a notice of a label even long before Verizon notifies you of tracking. That’s how I literally just found my watch’s tracking
