Verizon 4S Preorder Status Thread

Finally have the funds being held and the status changed on Verizon and now has a expandable + for both phones I ordered and both say it will be delivered on the 14th though it still doesn't list a tracking number.

I tried the UPS and FedEx tricks but neither site finds it so far.
 
My UPS tracking number isnt working.I got the shipping email at about 5 30 AM. im starting to get a little worried...

What are you worried about? They sent you an email saying the phone will be shipped??? What more do you want? them to send you an email saying, they promise? I would say this is significantly better than no email and no tracking#

I'm worried that something went wrong in the process of shipping. It has been almost 12 hours and my tracking info still does not show up.
 
question here can someone help. I ordered my iphone on saturday the 8th and they finally took the money out today. Does this mean Ill get the phone on the 14th now or will I still get it on the 21st like they said I would.

Verizon allowed business preorders for the 4S at 7AM on the 7th, not 3AM like you lucky consumers.

Preorder completed by 7:03AM on the 7th.
Email address listed for business was wrong, never received conformation email, do have order number though.
Been checking incessantly for several days.

Original ship by date was listed as 14th, now listed as the 21st, some people said that it jumped back to the 14th for them, but as of right now, it still says the 21st when I check the status through the Verizon Wireless business hub orders page.

Checked my balance earlier today and they did charge me 749.49 for the 32GB White 4S.
That means it's shipped, right?
Still no shipping information on orders page, just says "Status: Completed" "Ship by date 10/21/11"


EDIT: ADD; When I ordered my iPad 2 through Verizon, they never actually sent out a notifcation that it was shipping, never gave me a tracking number, it just showed up at my door on the day it was actually listed to ship.

my theory... we get next day shipping, right? regular consumers get 2nd day shipping. they received theirs this morning.. we'll receive ours tomorrow morning. i really hope i'm right. also, i head that verizon cannot charge your account unless the device ships within 48 hours.

YEEEE HAAAAAA!!!!!!

Finally found my tracking # by doing reference check through fed ex,yesterday my order got put on hold because the cc didn't go through,but i called and changed cc's and was charged and was assured i would get it by the 14th,but then i got worried because the status page said processing,payment not taken,exp ship date 10/21,that is definitely an error,i have been trying the ref check w/no results then realized i was putting one too many 0's before my order # so i fixed it an Voila! i have a tracking #,right now it says initiated shipping info sent to fed ex.But finally i got it,now i can Relax:D
 
Not sure if this is the best place to ask or not, but I didn't preorder and I want to pick up a 16gb 4s on Friday morning. What's my best bet - hit up the Verizon store when they open, or go to Best Buy?
 
My very first post here about my very first iPhone; I got the Verizon "Your order has shipped" email at 9:09 a.m. PDT shipping UPS Next Day AirSaver! :) Yayyyy!! Tracking info says:
A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated

I ordered a 32g white at about 3:15 p.m. on Oct 7 and I live in San Diego, CA

you were right. im still hawking the website and my fedex tracking number. This week has been awful. a blind monkey could have done more work than me
 
So I got my shipping email this morning at 5am, but the tracking number isnt live at all yet (not even at "created a label"). anyone else in this state? The courier is UPS.

Received email for shipping. UPS 2nd day air. Signature required.

I just got that too!

At least none of us are in the same boat as some ATT guys who ordered through Apple and ATT cancelled their orders! That would really blow!
 
OH YEA!!!
The funds are no longer in the bank, the UPS tracking number is in hand and I'm working from the house on Friday. The LG Chocolate's days are numbered!!!

go 4 maybe 3 hours before they open. bring some snacks. and something to entertain you. good luck my friend.

Same situation for my boyfriend who placed his order right after mine.

Update....just received my email from Verizon with UPS tracking number. (still in label created status w UPS)
