I'm just north of philly and ordered 2 white 32GB...just got my shipping conf email and tracking numbers thru Fedex. Phones are in West Chester for you other locals.
Also, if you use the reference #'s on the fedex website you need to add the Zero's to the beginning of your order number, but then mine also had "02" added onto the end.

I believe it is Orderlocation_Ordernumber and there has to be 9 digits in the order number so add 0's before your number.
Probably not, might as well call and ask who knows. But I am going with no. For all you know it is in some sort of bulk shipment and they haven't separated them yet.
Finally got this too. Had the tracking number doing the order number trick on UPS but it feels good to finally have the email! Tennessee. Tracking number on VZW order status page too.
still no change for me. ordered my 16gb white iPhone at 7 am on the 7th.. and still nada.

Finally got an update!! Funds are out of my bank account (never thought I'd be so happy to see $375 missing from my checking account!) and the status on the website has changed to the little plus-es (no further info in them, other than I will receive them by Friday!) So relieved! I'm such a worrier!
No tracking info yet though... and I tried all the tricks :-\ It's alright though, I'm finally confident that they're on their way!

N2*****_0000021**
Underscore between loc and order #s and add 0s to the order number until it is 9 digits

OMG I cannot believe it I got my tracking info today and it said it was at my ups store so I went there and they said they cant release it early. So I made a deal on the side with someone from UPS and he released the phone to me this is freaking sick Iphone 4s 64gb black woot woot.
I got an email at 3:11PM giving me a tracking number (which I already had ) and my new phone number. So far, my package hasn't moved, just the shipping label has been created.
