I just don't understand. I ordered my brother's phone within the first hour of the launch. Has my status changed yet? Nope. No tracking number or info of any kind has been added. VZW support has been no help, also.
The order status links are not accurate. Mine still saying processing, and I received my shipping notification with a tracking number hours ago. So, chances are, your package has already been shipped. And I ordered 10/7 at 11pm EST. They didn't send me the shippping notification until around 6pm, and in actuality, my package was picked up by FedEx at 2:30. So, keep in mind everything is a disaster in FedEx and Verizon's databases. I'm not even able to TRACK my order using FedEx's website tracking system. I have to go to my original shipping e-mail from Verizon and fortunately they provide the latest shipping info/status there. Hope this helps.
