Hmm, I got my order in, but it didn't have my change my plan. I did the device payment plan, but it kept my old "More Everything" data and line access charges. I'll have to call them tomorrow to see if I can change the actual plan to the new one where I save money.

I can't figure this out for the life of me. All this financing crap confuses me. It's saying with a 64 GB 6S + my monthly installments would be $35.41, but my monthly bill will be $150.38 just for that line alone. That's almost what I'm paying currently for 2 lines ($189). There is no option to change plans. Maybe I just don't understand how the payments work?

I almost forgot about ordering from Verizon, I bought my 6 from Verizon last year. Ordered 64GB Rose Gold 6s at 3am.

someone please tell me how to change the number in the apple store app!!! it wont let me change my number so its reading my line thats not eligible for an upgrade. help!!!
When you go to verify your eligibility you can type in the number that has the upgrade.

You just need to call them. I called the other day to figure out differences and the new plan will save me money so I went with it. They can also apply the plan retroactively for the month.

I got confused as well. I went for it anyway and made sure to take a copy of the DPP agreement document which states the payment of $39 a month. Didn't change my plan at all.

Did 64 Rose Gold iPhone 6S through Verizon. They said I'll get $300 for my 5S, but I don't believe them. The phone is in perfect working order, no dings, great screen, etc. But it has a few scuffs on the aluminum back. Still, I'd be happy with at least $200. Does anyone have experience with trading in an iPhone to Verizon?

Apple's site said there would be a $40 upgrade fee charged by verizon, which is wrong. Upgrade fee only applies if you accept a subsidy per Verizon's FAQ. I'll have to wait for the next statement to make sure I wasn't actually charged.

Same, that's why I opted to reserve it in store instead. Don't want to risk just throwing away $40.

Also screw Best Buy for raising the prices on the iPhone 6s.

Got my confirmation email for a 128GB Gold iPhone 6 Plus at 3:04 CDT! I'm moving from a 6 to a 6 Plus, so I hope it doesn't end up being too difficult to get used to. I ordered my 5S from Apple when they went up because I had heard such bad things about carriers, but I ordered from the carrier directly this time and had no issue. I guess ship date delays could still cause problems in the future, but we'll have to wait and see on that, I guess.

Was able to order about 5 mins earlier than expected. A bit of a pleasant surprise and their website didn't seem to get hammered like I thought it would.

One thing that worried me was that my line access discounts didn't show at checkout. I have $25 discount per line(for being on the edge plan) but didn't register at checkout for some reason. Anyone run into this? Wondering if they're taking away the line discount now with a new device purchase for some reason? Called Verizon and was on hold for 30mins so just placed the order and figured I will give them a call tomorrow when it isn't so busy haha

I choose to purchase with the 2yr payment plan.

The app on my iPad lets me enter the right number but then it says VZW may require a deposit and I cant do anything from there. It doesnt give me the option to replace on my Verizon acct like the app on my phone does

Successfully ordered a 6s+ silver 128gb on verizon paying full price and kept my unlimited data plan via the Apple Store. Email confirmation came in at 3:08. I couldn't get into the store until 3:05.

Note: do not order the t-mobile version! It doesn't do CDMA which is still necessary on Verizon to fall back to 3G when LTE is not available.

Ok. Thanks guys I was making sure this was normal when ordering at full price.. Hopefully they wont charge the $40.00 activation fee.

Do you typically just do a SIM swap or use the SIM which arrives in the phone?

Apple website wouldn't let me upgrade even though the line is eligible, More Everything plan, not even an old UDP. Interestingly, locked me out with saying VZW password was wrong...even though I can log into VZW. ****ers

Yes. Painless. First time I can pre-order a VZW iPhone from Apple. Odered 2 iPhones. And I get to keep UDP on both. :)

All you guys stating that you have to order through Apple to maintain your UDP, I seem to have been able to order it from Verizon. Check out the receipt:

I got the same issue, my line discount didn't show up at checkout but I figured it was just a glitch so I proceeded with my pre-order. I will be calling them as well.

Completed my order without issue at around 3:10AM EST. 64GB 6S in silver and delivering on 9/25. I paid outright because I'm not eligible for upgrade pricing until September 25th of next year, but during the checkout process I got this message:

What does this mean? I assume it's their obligation to say, "Hey you still gotta pay Verizon monthly for the remainder of your contract." But later in the process it mentioned something about a $40 upgrade fee. Did I just use my upgrade or does Verizon hit you up for an additional $40 if you buy a device outright?

You have to user you billing password which is not the same as your verizon site password.
