Theres. The moron on the phone support wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor as they were all too busy, but she's could help.....by canceling the order and putting it in again. Which she did. So now my entire order is canceled because she was an incompetent moron.How are all these Verizon orders getting cancelled? Your mistake or theirs?
I would demand something from them if you decide to stay. Like a bill credit or a discount on the phone. That's extremely poor service. Did she admit to it or blame it on you?Theres. Yeah, I got a fed ex tracking number on Sunday evening, and the Verizon shipping confirmation email yesterday at 530am PST...

No movement on mine either. I've never had Verizon use UPS before. Its always been FEDEX. Anyone else have UPS?
