Anyone with an initial 10/07 delivery date get their orders bumped up? I preordered mine on the 12th just after noon and the email confirmation stated 10/07. My wife's I preordered on the 16th and she has the same delivery date as me. Mine is a 6s+ 64GB SG and her's is a 6s+ 64GB Silver.

We have not been charged yet for either one and the orders still say pending for both.

I haven't been bumped at all but I've seen a few people with 9/30 dates being bumped to 9/25. So hopefully we can at least see ours on 9/30. I would say you have better chances than me since I got Rose Gold.

Oh. Jesus. I would write every executive there is and tell them your story. That's ********. I got mistreated my first month on and got a phone call from the CEOs assistant who went over everything I emailed her on and she gave me a month free.

I second @gixxerfool - let everyone you know that you were a new customer and you were treated this way. That does NOT look good at all. If you're on social media, I recommend posting some stuff about this situation. Companies do (almost) anything in their power to make their company look good online.

I know someone on Twitter will definitely reply to you about this. That's terrible. I'm so sorry that happened to you
 
Definitely. I was told by a supervisor they have the ability to get the order expedited so that you get your original delivery date. Get to the Verizon page for executive officers. Hit the contact tab for John G. Stratton, Executive Vice President and President of Operations.

I got a call back from his office and all was resolved.

Trying this right now actually. Lets see what happens.

Does anyone else have an order coming out of location 0862001? I got my tracking number on Saturday and it still isn't showing up in the FedEx system so it hasn't been scanned yet.

Good. I don't know about you guys but I'm a little tired of these mega corps charging top dollar then shrugging and saying oh well when they royally screw up.
 
When you peeps ordered your phones though Verizon did you also get the option of Applecare+ for $99 (rather that $129)? I did and I grabbed it. I would have got it at the $129 as well....

My question is, do you think Verizon/Apple will honor the Applecare+ or will they realize their mistake and cancel it. I was concerns that they may cancel my order due to their mistake but I have my shipping number. Thoughts?

That is what I paid and I have already received all my info on Applecare+. So based on my experience, I would say yes.

I did the same thing and was curious about that! Haven't received any information though, how did it come to you?

I am reading all the reviews that are being posted now and staring at my UPS tracking page (label made, but no location yet) hoping I am a Jedi and my Force thoughts are going to get it moving so I can have it ASAP lol.
 
I ordered a 128gb Space Grey model the day they went on sale and it's currently in Memphis, TN. Expected delivery date is the 25th. I can't wait!

I have the same location code. My phone is currently sitting in NJ, while I'm located in Auburn, Al. Most of the 0862001 numbers I have seen seem to be in the southeast (mostly AL, GA, and TN).

I have that location. I live in Macon, GA and my phone is currently in Memphis Tenn.
 
I'm mad, everybody's date changing or getting moved up, mines say 10/7 I would be happy if I get it before October, I ordered two on launch day both plus rose gold
 
I ordered a 6s 64gb in Rose gold on 9/16 with a ship date of 9/30. I noticed today that my ship date changed to 9/21 which I thought was odd but I didnt pay much attention. I just checked my bank and I was charged today!! I looked back at my order and it's still processing with a ship date back to 9/30. Could I possibly be getting mine on Friday?

My account did the same thing a few days ago, then updated the shipping date to 9/25 :) I think you will get it on time!

Got an e-mail from Apple that has the AppleCare + linked to my new iPhone and it's id so I think they honored the price from Verizon
 
If anyone remembers my post on the first page of this thread, here's an update. So it turns out that not only did I enter my mailing address wrong when I initially placed my order, I entered a card with not enough money on it as well. Didn't find that out until yesterday. Thankfully, it's been corrected and I'm still on track to receive my phone on Friday.

Don't drink and pre-order, kids.
