Verizon.com: Preorder thread

Still nothing new. I hope I get it soon enough to have it held at the hub for tomorrow afternoon.
 
And we finally have movement in New Jersey! Although it used to say delivery by 4:30pm, now that has changed to 8pm. :(

I'm in Northern NJ you would think they would ship from Newark for me but UPS has no info as to where the phone is coming up. But apparently they will ship Next Day Air.

I'm in central NJ and I get these are the logistics people, but I've seen some very circuitous routes taken to get my stuff to me. At least it's a guaranteed delivery date.
 
From the sounds of it, with folks freaking out and what not, it sounds like this is mostly everyone's first pre-order? Lol

Er, but to provide some new content - we did get our screen protectors (Tech Armor) and I got my case (Spigen Hybrid), but the wifes should be here today (same case but in Rose Crystal).

So I was walking around the house with my big giant case in preparation for my big giant phone, and you know what? It's not really all that big :)

Im playing it cool too, but honestly.....my thumb is about to fall off from tapping refresh on the UPS page.

No. But the last one was a logistical mess. I'm trying to nip that in the bud. I thought I would curtail it because Verizon uses fed ex. Not this time apparently.
 
Mine still says Fedex... and still sitting in New Jersey but that is ok, I'm guessing it will fly to VA tonight, then tomorrow morning end up at my local depot and then delivered out.

Indeed it is my first. I was slow in coming to the smartphone era and was given a hand me down iphone 4 two years ago. After a month on straight talk I traded it in to verizon for a 4s (and a two year contract) because VZW has the best coverage for areas I frequent. Now, I just want my darn 6s lol.
