I don't mean to be a complete fun ruiner, but that a long way to go in one day! :/

process, depart, arrival, scan, sort, send.... all in like 40hrs starting now... but since they aren't, like 36

i feel bad!

I'm not the least bit worried. I ship 100s of packages a day. My fedex express (overnight) pickup doesn't get to my business until 4 in the afternoon. I can guarantee it in Maine the next morning by 1030.

These guys are pretty good at logistics. Me thinks they've got a plan together lol

I did a down payment on my payment plan. It wasn't easy mind you, but it could be done.

Yeah when I was in the store, the managers told me there was absolutely no way to use the gift card toward my phone as a down payment. I just decided to pay the bill instead in a trade for cash with the person who normally pays the bill. Fair trade! Lol.

Update. Apparently the "Start Here" folders arrive by USPS and was at my door today. Even though the shipping email from VZW said my iPhone and SIM card were delivered. Called VZW and asked where phone was. They said it's coming by FedEx and will arrive Friday 9/25 according to FedEx tracking number. I said what FedEx tracking number. I was never sent one and didn't see it in myverizon.com. They gave the tracking number to me so I can track it. I told them this is very unclear b/c according to the order email VZW sent me a phone and SIM card were delivered They agreed that was not accurate. Oh and the only thing in "Start Here" folder was a receipt for the "Start Here" folder and no activation instructions. Totally messed up.

Ordered a 128gb 6s plus on 9/13 and was given an original ship date of 10/7. However, my card was charged last night but still no email or tracking number on site. Called Verizon just now and was told my phone would still be delivered on 10/7. Anybody else have their card charged already but not receive an earlier ship date? From my understanding, usually your card isn't charged until it's ready to ship, correct?

shipping wont appear until 24-48 hours after your card is charged.

might be a dumb question but how do I request to pick it up at my local UPS hub? I went to my choice ups, looked in settings and everywhere..cant find a way. Guess I can call tomorrow

Do you not have a tracking number yet? As long as you have a tracking number, you should be able to do it. Mine hasnt gotten past the "Label created" stage yet i was able to put in the request to hold for pickup.

I can't wait. Mines was scheduled for October 7th but got a confirmed delivery date of September 25th.
I got an interview that morning for the same position in a different department and I'm totally stoked... (Supervisor said I'll GaranT get it).

Same I live in LA and mine is in Newwark NJ sitting there for the past 3 days delivery 9/25 by 8pm I was hoping to get it on Thursday but I guess that's not happening.

Kind of irrelevant to this forum:

I wanted to post an update to another 6s order I placed on the apple website. I ordered a 6s 16gb SG for a Fam member through Apple 9/12 at 12:05am pst. I've been waiting alllllllll week for a shipping notification since I've heard of people receiving them already. I was barely sent a shipping email at 12:13am. It's being shipping UPS and is currently in Rialto, CA (Soo close since im in NorCal!). My rose gold ordered from Verizon is in Memphis, UPS also.
It's just so weird to me because I ordered mine from Verizon.com with a ship date of 9/30 and Ive had my tracking info for a couple days now. Apple was for sure lagging especially since I ordered the SG phone within minutes.

Mine still says ready for UPS and has a date set for today with 11:20 am as the ship time so I'm assuming something will happen then.

Ordered 128gb plus SG on 9/13 and was given 10/7 delivery date, both by email confirmation on order date and verification with Verizon customer service three days ago. Was informed card would not be charged until phone was ready to ship.

Card charged on 9/22. Tracking info just received. Ships out next day air today with Friday delivery before 3pm.

While Verizon was once again jumbling things up, I'm glad it worked out in my favor for once!

Nope. Mine is in Memphis status of "Order Processed:Ready For UPS". I assume this means Verizon has boxed it and labeled but is holding it in their warehouse. I think today is should start moving soon.
