A nice, crisp $100 bill would be a nice surprise :)

I'm hoping I get the full amount. I've got a small chip/crack at the top where the black "plastic" meets the glass screen. Even $90 or $80 would be good. Anything to help my soon-to-be gigantic bill from upgrading

i got $450 cash for my iPhone 6 (silver 64gb)
$135 cash for my iPhone 5 (black 16gb)
$88 amazon credit for my iPhone 4s (white 32gb)
 
When do you think we will start to see movement on our phones? Ive got one in newark and on in PA shipping to MD

When I recycle my device, how long will it take to receive credit on my Verizon Wireless account or my Verizon Wireless Gift Card?
Once we receive your device, it will be appraised, and you'll receive an email confirmation with the final appraised value. After that:

  • An account credit is applied within 1-2 bill cycles.
When I'm ordering a new device, does the credit from my recycled device automatically reduce the price of my order?
No, not if you send in your device. You'll have to wait for your account credit or electronic gift card to use it on an order. When recycling your device at a Verizon Wireless store, you'll receive an instant credit.

You can use your trade-in credit to:

  • Pay a bill if you're a standard monthly customer (i.e., not prepaid)
  • Purchase a new device with a 2-year contract
  • Purchase accessories
  • Purchase a new phone under a device payment agreement (in limited states)
  • Purchase a device if you're a prepaid customer
Note: Any remaining trade-in value for the device you recycled will be given to you as an electronic gift card.

It may be different since I'm not really doing the promotion that's on the front page...I'm sending in a phone separate of the order. I had to enter that promo code from before.
 
When I go to put in my ups tracking number that Verizon sent me, it says it can't be found... Anyone else have this issue?
 
I went ahead and ordered a case. I should have it Friday. Hopefully I'll have a phone to put in it Friday as well. Got some plans this weekend that could make having the camera fun. Not the end of the world, just a "nice to have." I'm crossing my fingers I'll be able to get it held at the hub for pickup on lunch.

you can't use the $300 store credit if you get an iPhone 6s on a monthly payment, you have to buy the phone out right to spend the credit..

the rep said the credit can't be used for a bill (which i still think is wrong). but this was the information he gave me. he was great help and knew a lot, thus i didn't question when he spoke about this

I got a $550 gift card for trading in my phone last week. It's a Verizon gift card and I applied it to my monthly bill. If you look under payment options in my Verizon gift card is one of them. The trade in gift card will be emailed to the email of the account holder on file. The rep was wrong, shocker.

However, they were correct that it cannot be used toward the phones balance, which I find ridiculous since I did the payment plan as well. The fact they won't allow a down payment is annoying at best.

Just clarifying it's a $300 Verizon gift card, not direct store credit. But it can only be used at a Verizon store, website, or to pay your bill. The $100 bill credit is just that. They can give you a bill credit for the $300 as well instead but it takes 1-2 billing cycles to apply. I was informed of this during my trade in and just did the gift card since it was instant and applies the same.

I did a down payment on my payment plan. It wasn't easy mind you, but it could be done.

Nah, not even in a UPS truck yet. Still sitting at shipping label created.

Hopefully right now there are a bunch of sleep deprived guys in Coatesville PA putting phones onto trucks to give to a UPS driver so we can get our stuff in the UPS system.

Sucks that they are sending a bunch UPS.

UPS is great usually.. My apple watch (in june) was sent from china on a thursday, expected delivery the following friday, and i got it on the monday! literally 4 days! crazy!..

anyway, my phone was in coatesville on friday, then newark sunday.. where are you based out of?

Both of ours are in coatesville. And we're both in arizona haha
 
Coatesville is literally 45 min from me, granted the pope will be in philly friday (which is directly between us), I'm grateful mines in Newark. 5 Min from my house is all lock down.. No cars allowed on the street at all
