I'm switching from AT&T to Verizon with this pre-order, and so far I have been very underwhelmed with the experience. Maybe I have just been spoiled with the smoothness of previous pre-orders directly from Apple because I wasn't switching providers then.
As it stands now there is one significant digit wrong on my billing AND shipping addresses and because I'm not officially a Verizon customer yet they won't really talk to me and say the only options are to wait it out and hope it arrives to the right address in October or cancel and resubmit the order and go to the back of the line.
Not sure how the addresses ended up wrong. I suppose I could have typed them wrong, but they are both wrong, and both wrong in different ways which is totally strange. Well, I guess I wait and see if it ships and if it arrives.
