Apple said I wasn't eligible for the promo because I had a consumer Verizon account, so I ordered through Verizon and I'm pretty sure they also scrubbed the $440 off promo there...anyone else see this? I may have to cancel the preorder, if that's possible

Preordered thru the app Graphite Pro and Gold Pro both 128gb. Deliver date Oct 23. Had to do 2 separate orders because it wasn’t showing the credit for the trade in on my 2nd line. Ordered thru the app at about 7:58am EST

iPhone 12 Blue 128gb ordered and confirmation email showing 8:01am! My Verizon app showed expected delivery of 10/23/20.

I had setup my preorder last night and chose to have Verizon order automatically. Over night a message popped up in my Verizon app that said I was all set. This morning I clicked on that message which took me to my cart with all the details ready to go but the complete order button greyed out. At 8:00am, my complete order button went from greyed out to highlighted, so I clicked on it and had to agree to a few pages of terms and conditions for device installments. I did that and completed my order and immediately got my order number and confirmation via email.

I'm not sure if going through the order manually this morning deactivated the automatic system ordering or if the automatic system ordering was/is not working as I assumed it would. Did anyone get an automatic system order completed without any actions on your part when orders opened this morning?

I got an error twice that the phone was not compatible with my Verizon plan. Had to buy a sim free one. 256GB Blue

Call 611 they will help you the 440 off promo is there til December
