Got this wonderful screen when I tried to preorder. I have a account that’s non-consumer but there was no indication anywhere on my account that I could not preorder ahead of time. Sadness

Interesting order experience. Experienced various glitches along the way. I had to place three separate orders, as I could only get one trade-in value applied at a time. Also kept getting messages that my plan did not support 5GUW. However, the lines are on the play or do more unlimited plan, which both say they come with 5GUW.
 
Apple said I wasn't eligible for the promo because I had a consumer Verizon account, so I ordered through Verizon and I'm pretty sure they also scrubbed the $440 off promo there...anyone else see this? I may have to cancel the preorder, if that's possible
I didn't have that problem on the Verizon site. Told them what phone I wanted to trade in before checking out. Smooth process really. Hopefully the trade in process won't be crappy. I haven't heard good things about it so far.
 
My dad is having issues with the eligible account order... that would have been nice to know about beforehand. The fine print just says "an eligible Unlimited plan is required" but it doesn't say which plan!

easy process. only hitch this am for me was trying to change the delivery address to my office. the system took too long to send the text code, so I proceeded without it. now the only way to change that is to cancel my order and start over i was told by CS. not doing that....

In the same boat. In every year prior I've been able to have CS change the shipping address after the order. Try again. I haven't called CS yet.
 
What’s everyone else getting for trade-in values on an iPhone X? Went from $440 before the preorder went live to $209 when I actually went to order.
 
I'm trying to order through Verizon's website as a new customer. When I plug in the trade in info for my 2020 SE, it says I'm getting $550 trade in value. When I get to the checkout page however, it says I'm only getting $350 trade in value. The only way this deal makes sense for me is if I'm able to get the $550 trade in value for the SE. Did anyone else have this problem?

They have 2 tiers for the trade ins call 611 to verify but the X should quality for the 440 off

Same $209 with an asterisk. Hoping it is more, but we will see.

Did you try calling 611 or chatting with cs they can fix that issue
 
I did the auto-order option last night and received my email order confirmation the very moment preorders started this morning.

I was worried because it didn't list an actual delivery date anywhere in the email, it just said "Free 2 Day by 8pm." But just a few minutes ago my order status finally showed up on the Verizon website and confirms that the delivery date is 10/23.

Surprisingly smooth process. Fingers crossed no problems come up before delivery.
