Exactly, don't pester FedEx employees to give you your package in violation of their agreement with Verizon. It's the employee that is going to get in trouble if you find one that happens to give you your package.

Exactly, don't pester FedEx employees to give you your package in violation of their agreement with Verizon. It's the employee that is going to get in trouble if you find one that happens to give you your package.
Actually there is an official form as stated on the fedex site. Again...discretion of the driver on the hand written note. I have had success but was also told just leaving a signed note is not a guarantee they will accept it.

i received my shipping information around noon today. my credit card transactions are still pending, when should i see that it went through?
The activity in general is common out of the Memphis site. Referring to the tracking he listed in his picture. That being said, it was the same activity for my iPhone 4 which arrived early.
Could be up to a week...lol don't people use credit cards for anything else besides for iPhone purchases? Pending transactions can pend for a while.
Which leads me to believe they were pre packaged and held at Verizon till tonight, when they will ship them out. Atleast I am hoping that.

I have a date listed as Sept 19. I paid the extra $3.50 at checkout when I preordered in order to get it early. You didn't?
Kidding...just the way it is listed right now. Might turn out to be an actual delivery or just an error. I am hoping for the actual though

Means you can fill out the form/leave a note on the door. But it is up to the driver if he leaves it there or not.
Handwritten note and Official FEDEX door tag are two different things. Ever missed a delivery and they leave a tag stating that they were there? You can fill out the tag and leave it on your door so that when they try again you authorized them to leave it. That is the official door tag they refer to. Again, a signed note is at the discretion of the driver.

I received a call today from Verizon to verify that the cell phone number I want to transfer to the iphone is correct. I talked to a representative and my other line should stop working tonight, she said around 9pm, that it's the time they should have finished the proccess, so I guess maybe tomorrow I'll see a change when I check in Fedex, but yes, mine says the same, the 17th, probably what you say
