Check status with business order?

Does anyone know how to check your status with a business order?
The order is under my mother's business account.

On my order it says "Hi RANDOM BUSINESS NAME" and not our last name.

I've tried many iterations for the last name on the form like "NAME" or "BUSINESS NAME", but the full business name does not fit, its one letter too long for the form.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
 
I still haven't even gotten my confirmation email!! Really starting to freak out because I ordered it before 4 a.m. this morning Eastern time. Should I start to worry that they screwed up my order all together? I know somebodies probably already answered a question like this but I can't find anything in the thread that pertains to my issue directly. I'm a former At&t customer switching over to Verizon so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it? And sadly, in a sleepy haze, I closed out the window which showed me my confirmation number. Soo checking the order update is kinda tricky at this point. Any suggestions, guys?:(

have you tried checking you Spam or Bulk Mail folder?
 
I can confirm that my order (placed at 3:20am EST) has gone back to 9/21 ship date. So indeed, it was a glitch.

However, another thing I just noticed on my email confirmation. My shipping/billing address has an Apartment number, but the confirmation does not show any sort of apartment number on my Bill To and Ship to addresses.

I'm hoping this is just a glitch in the way the addresses are shown in the confirmation. When I ordered the phones, there weren't even any options available to change the address, it was pre-filled since I'm an existing customer.

Can anyone with a unit or apartment number in their address confirm that it's missing in the iphone order confirmation? Just shows street number, name, city and zip ....

My shipping/billing address on the confirmation doesn't include the "SW" (as in 4th St SW), which concerns me a bit. However, I have gotten order confirmations (from other companies) before that cut off some information even though it is actually in their system, so I won't worry overmuch about it. But I definitely will call later on when the dust has settled somewhat and verify it.

Yeah and nothing yet. Im assuming this isn't a normal problem to have, right? I mean, I know the servers have to be in overdrive right now, but should't I have gotten something by now seeing that I ordered decently early?

Same with me, mine doesn't contain the S (south). I emailed using the form at like 7am CST and haven't heard yet.
 
i feel like i've read that it will be delivered on the 21st even though it says ship date. even if it did ship on the 21st, i believe it's free overnight shipping, so saturday or monday?

i just want mine before the 27th since i'll be going to europe on the 28th

Mine is showing delivery date on the 21st, but I ordered at 3:20am est.
 
From prior experience... Anyone know when Verizon sends out another email with tracking info for September 21??

If I remember correctly from the Verizon 4 launch that was also at 3am. The ship notices went out late sunday night and monday morning. These carriers already have them in the fedex hubs i.e. Memphis, TN for a coordinated effort. Once people start tracking the packages some will travel faster than others, but all will be held at the local city destination until the 21st. There's been a few exceptions that someone's got delivered early but the majority of them are right on time.

Call customer service and ask them to resend confirmation email and/or get the confirmation number from them.

They should be able to see if you have an order.

That is my experience to...

if your order was in early enough then this should work out the same way (hopefully these will come before launch day.)

It took about 5 hours before I got my confirmation email I wouldn't sweat it. I ordered mine at 3:15. Im sure you'll get it soon.
 
Ordered over the phone early this morning (~2am). The guy took my billing/shipping address and credit card information over the phone and submitted my order for me.

Called back today to confirm everything.

My address was correct, but the lady said there wouldn't be any additional emails until it ships. Additionally my card wont be charged until it ships.

My card hasn't been pre-authorized yet either.
 
I ordered my 64GB black unsubsidized at 1:50am CST (11:50 PDT) very quickly and got the confirmation e-mail the second I hit submit. Was done and in bed before midnight PDT even hit. :)
