Does anyone know how to check your status with a business order?

On my order it says "Hi RANDOM BUSINESS NAME" and not our last name.

I've tried many iterations for the last name on the form like "NAME" or "BUSINESS NAME", but the full business name does not fit, its one letter too long for the form.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Same issue here. Received confirmation e-mail but so far unable to confirm online.
 
VWZ PreOrder Confirm Email States: Delivery by 9/21, but now . . .

Last night, I pre-ordered my iPhone5 at 12:05am PDT (Fri, 9/14)and immediately received a confirmation email which stated:

Deliver by: 9/21/2012

I just just checked my order status online this morning using the link provided in my email confirmation, and it says:

Expected Ship Date: 9/21/2012

Am I still getting my iPhone5 delivered by or on 9/21/2012?
I sure hope so as I placed my online order within the first ten minutes of Verizon making iPhone5's pre-ordering available.

I went to look at my order status on Verizon and it finally showed up with an expected ship date of 9/28.
I have been having all sorts of issues with ordering . I added a shared plan line because I'm not eligible for an upgrade yet, and I had to call because my order got put on hold , talked to the credit people for Verizon after being on hold for 40 minutes.. Gave them my social and then my order was finally processed .
 
I wish people would explain how the hell they know if they were pushed back or not.

You can check the status of your order in My Verizon. In the "I Want To..." section click "More Actions" and then click "Check Order Status" under Shop.

Put in your preorder confirmation number and the last name on the order and it should tell you.

Mine says Ship Date 09/21/2012 and my confirmation e-mail says Deliver By: 09/21/2012.

I sure hope the e-mail is right. I called Verizon to see if I could get any information and a Rep said they aren't really sure yet, and they should know better by early next week exactly when they ship. My point is this: what's the point of preordering the phone to not get it on release day when you could go to a store and pick it up that morning? I will be canceling mine if the delivery date is later than the 21st and just go to my store before it opens.

The order checker date is when it should be delivered. It's weird how its written, so expect your package on 9/21.

I preordered on the phone through my business. I checked the ore-ordered on phone check box used the appropriate order numbers then my own last name and it worked. Even though it had nothing showing for my order yet.
 
Just ordered and the ship date is showing the 28th now. Oh well, I will be out of town next week and unable to pick it up anyway.

OK, that got me a bit farther even though I didn't pre-order on the phone. It showed a screen with the order number, a blank tracking number and no additional information. I ordered early this am, but still am not able to check more detailed status as others seem to be able to.
 
I take it with a grain of salt, but I spoke to a vzw rep, and they said that the first 100,000 orders will arrive on the 21st. (she said that the ship by/delivered by is a little weird). She said that the initial email you received is correct in whatever it says.

That's what I was told. Regardless, I ordered at 3:12am EST, so I'm not too worried. :)
 
Did mine thru VZW and had no problems at 2:00am CST. Got my 9/21 confirmation date too =)

I put the preorder conf. number, last name, and location code and i get a message saying "We are experiencing technical difficulties, please check back later"

EDIT: Now I'm getting the same screen as Tibits if i use the "order number" rather than the "preorder number"
 
Order full price. It's ridiculous people don't know this.

Oh, I knew that...I just thought there was some kind of special trick.
Screw that, I'm not paying $700 when I'd likely not ever go over my data limit.

Not saying no one should, just saying it doesn't make sense for me.
 
We went through the same thing last year with Verizon and the iPhone 4s. All emails said delivered by 10/14 and then when you checked the status it said expected ship date: 10/14. All of the people that were supposed to get it on the release day got it. It's no big deal, this happens every year.

Thank you for that link. That specific link gives you the option the CANCEL the order if you need to, up to the point that it is fully processed and ready to ship. That has come in handy for me in the past when ship dates have gone screwy and I just decided to cancel and go to a store...
 
I'm a new Verizon customer, ordering 2 iPhones. I placed my order within the first 30 minutes.

Got an email at 2:35 AM (Pacific) asking me to call them:
Our Credit Review Department has requested further information from you.
Called 'em, waited on hold for about 20 minutes, gave them my SSN (which they had asked for during the order process). Hung up, received another email at 8:22 AM:
Our Financial Services Department has requested additional information
Called them back, waited on hold for about 20 minutes, guy didn't understand why I was asked to call them. I was told that my phone would arrive on the 26th, but the preorder status page says it's still due to ship on the 21st like everyone else's.

No idea what's going on.
 
I ordered about 5:00est this morning via Verizon's site. I still haven't received a confirmation email.

Ordered about same time. No email and closed confirmation page without writing # down because was in a rush before work and now can't check. My CC does have a Verizon pending charge however
 
This will be my very first post & I'm hoping some of you can help me with my dilemma...

Right now I have a Droid Razr MAXX with the Nationwide Talk & Text 900 with Verizon. I'm the only one on the plan. I have been grandfathered in to unlimited data. I previously had the Droid Charge on the same plan & upgraded to the iPhone 4s back in April... but I was spoiled with the 4GLTE & took the iPhone back after 2 days & traded it in for the MAXX that I have now. Obviously I'm not eligible for an upgrade for quite a while (late next year) but I really want the iPhone 5 now that it's 4GLTE (that was my ONLY problem with the 4s or I would've kept it.. was just too slow after having been on 4G for so long). I have been off & on Verizons & Apple's websites most of the day trying to see what would be the best way for me to go about getting the iPhone 5, and from what I'm seeing, I think I will need to add a 2nd line to my plan, since I can't afford to buy the phone outright, am I correct?

I do have a friend who is due for an upgrade in October on her account (she actually got my Charge when I got the 4s) and she said I could use it (if I do I will give her my MAXX) ..but I dunno if I wanna wait and/or have to rely on her like that.

I just don't wanna pay for 2 lines when I won't be using 1 of them... makes no sense right?

Anyway..sorry so long, but any help you can give is greatly appreciated!

...guy didn't understand why I was asked to call them.

After ordering two phones this morning, and received the "we need more credit info" email. So, I've called a number of times today, expecting to do the "answer these questions" game, and people had no way of pulling up my information, or even understanding why I was calling. As far as they were concerned, I had never ordered anything. After the fifth time calling (the SAME number, btw), I finally got a hold of someone that immediately expected my call...

My preorder status (from the link someone posted earlier) now shows expected ship date of 9/28, even though the email shows 9/21, which has been explained to me as a result of ordering one white and one black :confused:. As if the email quotes the black ship date, and the web database quotes the white database....

And someone else adamantly told me it would ship in two days.

Clearly they don't exactly know what's going on over there.
