I ordered the phone at 6am est on 9/14. My order status said that it will ship 9/21. Recently changed to 10/5. So i called 611 and got a women that told me to call apple directly. She said that i was the first person that she got with this problem, so obviously she had no idea of what to do. So i asked to talk to her supervisor. She tried to say that the supervisor cant help, but i insisted. She put me on hold for a while. So i called back and got some other person. This guy saw right away that my card was not charged. He charged my account and said that i should receive the phone on the 21st, but that i should not have my hopes up because there is a chance that it might come 10/5. Kind of sucks because i sold my iphone 4s. And will not have a phone for a long time if it comes october 5th. My order status now says that it is not available at this time. Really hope that verizon does not move me down the list, because of their mistake. You guys think i should call the internet sales department or just wait and see what happens.
