My status went from 9/21 to 10/5; Called via Chase to resolve issue it went to "Not Available" to shipping confirmation this morning... at 130AM EDT

Have your CC bank call for you so they can help you! Since they blocked it for fraud...

It will take until the next morning for the "Not available at this time" message to be rectified as the system updates overnight.

This is exactly what happened to me. My shipping status is not available. Despite screwing around with Chase I could not get the order to go through so I had them bill it to the account. I checked my monthly balance last night and it is on there, so that looks promising. The rep I spoke to did seem like she knew what she was talking about which is more than I can say for the normal customer care number when Ive called in the past for various issues. As of this morning I am still at "not available at this time," but still plenty of time for movement so we'll see.

Hi, all.

If there is anyone else on this thread who lives in the DC area and has had their phone shipped to them, has it gone through Elizabeth, NJ (aka the exact opposite direction from its starting point in PA from DC)? The "Destination" address does not show up on my FedEx tracking page, so I am a little concerned. Has anyone else run into this?

My apologies if this has been answered before. 130something pages is a little too much for me to look through at work.

I will be calling at 8:00 am EST when the internet sales center opens. I have had no inquiry on my credit card, no email other than the original confirmation email, and still waiting with "we received your order..in process".
 
Anyone else from the south jersey/Philly area? My FedEx status changed from west Chester PA to Elizabeth, NJ was wondering why it might have gone farther away?

Me too! First Coatesville, and now Elizabeth. It just keeps getting farther and farther away. :eek:
 
So frustrating my girlfriends 32gb black from this location has shipped, nothing has happened with my 64gb white yet, at all

I also bought a 32gb that did ship. MY 64gb white nothing has happened either. So we are in the exact same boat.

I'm not sure if anyone has confirmed a white 64gb shipping.

There seemes to be a delay with white 64gb iphones at some or all locations. Anyone have one ship?

I have chase and they had put a "Security Hold" on the transaction...

Call Chase and ask to speak to Security Department!

The chase rep then initiated a 3 way call with VZW's COOS (Credit Order Operations Support) Department and me... to get the order cleared up and restored my position inline

I scolded Chase for them not contacting me about this "Security Hold" especially since I use this card to pay my VZW bill every month!

I scolded VZW for not contacting me that they had a problem and that the only reason I knew was that I saw on an online forum (here at MacRumors) that VZW customers who ordered on 9/14 had started to get tracking information!.

You are paying both companies for services... make them WORK for you!

I have chase and they had put a "Security Hold" on the transaction... this is not reflected on my online acct or when you first call. I had to ask if there were any declined transactions.... and that is when i got the information.

Call VZW to inquire what is going on as well...

Thanks for the heads up. I had asked specifically when I called Chase if there were any declined or rejected charges from Verizon and the rep told me that there were not. The last charge from VZ that she saw was my bill payment from this month. If my order status doesn't update in the next few hours I'll be calling again.

Nope nothing on White 64, and nothing on my 2 White 32s. :(:mad:
 
Finally, a tracking number shows on my phone when I check the pre-order status. Doesn't pull anything up on Fed Ex yet. Looking forward to relentlessly refreshing tracking info like I do every year. :D
 
Still no change for white 64G, VZ still says processing. Never before have I looked forward to seeing a charge on my CC, haha. I really hope there isn't a delay for the white 64G like with the iPhone 4.

Anyone with a white 64GB that was shipped out? Looks like few of us with that same model are in the same boat. Still in process
 
My movement started yesterday and my iPhone is in NJ. Generally, it would be moved to my local distribution center (Gaithersburg, MD i believe) today and could be delivered tomorrow if Verizon doesn't put a hold. So you guys could have you tracking number today and get it by Friday.

I had also calld my credit card and told them to expect a $400 charge from Verizon since so many people hit fraud alerts.
 
Anyone in the Boston area who has a order still in processing with a $1 pending charge on their card only. I'll call Verizon this morning if I don't see any change in the next hour or so. My location says D772101.

CC has a pending charge for the full amount, so I'm thinking it'll come soon.

Tracking info received

Virginia here. Pre-ordered on the 14th at 3:45 AM. Verizon charged my cc yesterday evening. Woke up to an email from Verizon stating that my phone has shipped and they gave me the Fedex tracking number. Fedex site shows it in West Chester, PA. Delivery date 9/21 between 8AM and 3PM. :)

Elizabeth seems to be a hot spot. I'm in the MD suburbs and mine got to Elizabeth at 4:30 this morning.
