NEVER get of the phone with them until you get all of your questions answered. Go word for work with them with supported proof [emails] that you've gotten from them.
Yesterday, they sent a mass text message to mellow customers. [at least I was told it was sent to many
"FREE VZW MSG- DO NOT REPLY: Iphone 5 order scheduled to deliver by Oct 5th."
So I personally called and told them "no, this isn't how it says here, it says 9/21".
I personally think them taking your money, WITHOUT sending you a tracking number to follow is pretty crappy. They took my money this morning, and I don't have tracking, so I'm left to just believe in Verizon to get it done. So since my money is in jeopardy, and they can just on a whim say "it'll be here on the 28th".. I'm calling and bugging the hell out of them.
Sure.. I can be refunded, but at this stage in the game... I cancel the charge.. wont return back to my account for 3-4 days, then go stand in a Verizon Wireless line, and try to do it all over
