I'm a new Verizon customer, ordering 2 iPhones. I placed my order within the first 30 minutes.
Got an email at 2:35 AM (Pacific) asking me to call them:
Called 'em, waited on hold for about 20 minutes, gave them my SSN (which they had asked for during the order process). Hung up, received another email at 8:22 AM:
Called them back, waited on hold for about 20 minutes, guy didn't understand why I was asked to call them. I was told that my phone would arrive on the 26th, but the preorder status page says it's still due to ship on the 21st like everyone else's.
No idea what's going on.
