I'm so confused! I thought the GS3 was better because it's headphone jack was on the top!
The GS3 is the next big thing according to the commercial!
Ya and it has smart stay, tilt to zoom and the best part is... It has a lot of plastic!! :thumbdown:
Android is good and all but after 3 years it is just getting old. Shocker, right!? The bigger screens are great but I just feel your getting the bigger screen in expense of the great build quality.
That may be because I called Verizon after I received my tracking to change the shipping address to a new address.
I'd reverse that. Go to the store on launch, then cancel your order. Just as a precaution.

not sure about new york, but here in austin and dalls there were plenty of places that you could just walk in and get them on launch day 4s. Target, walmart, radio shack are just a few to name.
Just called customer service because I noticed that they left my name out of the shipping information. It has my company name but not mine. She said in order to add my name, which I had already added when I ordered the phone, they'd have to cancel the order and put me in the back of the line and I wouldnt receive my phone until the 12th. Blah. I guess I'll just need to keep my eye out for it.
I asked if people that are supposed to receive their phones by the 5th may get moved up at all and she said she had no idea but that delivery is on time for everyone receiving their phones tomorrow.

I guess mine's just going to sit in Memphis until late tonight, even though others have started to move. I can't seem to find what flight would be bringing it here (El Paso, TX), so I have no idea if they're running extra flights or what, the only ones I found coming here were all morning ones, and if they're waiting to put them on one of those flights tomorrow, theres no way it'll be here in time to deliver.. grr
Nevermind, looks like their list is updated with flights that go to ABQ, then here, so mine should at least be in my city tonight

There's a Verizon store nearby, if I go to the verizon store tomorrow, will it be possible to cancel my current order, use the same upgrade and buy the iPhone there? All at the verizon store.
There may be extra FedEx Routes tomorrow.
Just spoke to my FedEx driver who delivered an Apple part today. FedEx is referring to tomorrow as "Apple Day" (driver didn't seem to know why, but that's OK). He said there may be extra routes/drivers brought in for tomorrow's deliveries (i.e. your usual FedEx guy may not be the one dropping off your phone) and the driver's delivery schedule "could be earlier than usual".
He said drivers won't know their routes until they report to work tomorrow.
I'm planning to hunker down with my doggie, bag of Fun-Size Snickers, watching Leo The Tech Guy podcasts waiting for the FedEx driver...

Ah man some people's phones have left Memphis? Mine is still "In Transit" and "Shipping Information Received". Although mine just has to go from Memphis to Raleigh, NC so it's not that far for it to go.
How long do the Verizon stores usually get sold out? I won't be able to make it there until around 3:30. Maybe 3:00.
