It is here! It is so light. I wasn't expecting how different it feels from the 4S. Good luck to everyone! Enjoy your new iPhone 5's!

Awesome!

I moved from ATT to VZ last year on 4S launch day, within about 10 minutes of activating the 4S from Verizon my number port was complete and I was making and receiving calls with my number. Hopefully it will be similar for you!

Using iTunes to activate, right?

Any update on successful activation on a different line?

I want to know this is as well since this will be my situation. Also, I do not have a land line in my apartment and do not have access to another phone until later today. Can I make the activation phone call from my old iPhone or will that not work since that is the phone line that I'm switching the iPhone 5 to? I've heard mixed things about this.

Well if you have an old unactivated verizon phone, you can still dial 611 for customer service. Perhaps CS could activate, or they could transfer you to activations?

My 2 iP5's just arrived in ATL --- in a WHITE UNMARKED VAN -- driver was wearing a Fedex uniform.

I guess they hired some extra help for the crush today.

Haven't read the past dozen or so pages, but I ordered the iPhone with another upgrade and was told last week by a rep to call CSR to get it switched to my line, no problem.

Got my phone about 1.5 hrs ago, called the first rep. She had me agree to terms and conditions OTA and told me to try and activate the phone by powering it on and having it freed up for my line. No such luck. I called back and spoke to another rep, who told me there was nothing she could do for me. I politely said goodbye and called again. This latest rep has been trying to help me switch over to my line, but she's telling me that with the SIM and activations, there's some sort of 24 hr hold so you must activate the iPhone on the line you ordered it on first, then call back tomorrow and have it switched.
She's assisting me now. Not sure about this, so anyone with another story please keep us all updated!
This is a serious pain in the butt.

I left a FedEx form on my door instructin the to put the phone in through the doggie door around back cause I won't be home until Sunday. I just looked at my tracking info and it said
