Can you share that number? My google searches are coming up empty

(800) 256-4646
Just so you don't waste your time:
- Call them
- Wait for them to ask you to press * for spanish
- Dial 2
- Enter your phone number
- They'll tell you wait time is long.
- Once at main menu, just hit 4
- "Other options", then dial 6
- Then dial your passcode.
- Then WAIT.
You just breezed through to your tracking number!

Thanks! Te thing is, I'm a new customer, and the phone number listed on my receipt hasn't been working that great when I call in (I always end up at the main operator who has to transfer me to the place I just was but couldn't enter my phone number
). I'll definitely give it a shot though!I have a ship date of 9/28 and my order status just updated! my order has "just been sent for processing." hopefully this means it'll ship tomorrow and i'll receive it thursday!

Oh, then listen to the options carefully, as there is an option for new customers. Instead of 2, I think you dial 1.
I have a ship date of 9/28 as well... still waiting for my status to change. I suspect that most 9/28's will follow suit soon.

Yes, that was the website I was using. Even though I now have my tracking number and my phone has already been picked up and is in transit, that site still doesn't provide me any details. Again, the only way I got details was by calling that Verizon number. I was supposed to get my phone the 26th, but am getting it tomorrow by 3PM, if not earlier.
yeah that's the site i'm using. hoping i get mine thursday. wednesday would be even better!
Just out of curiosity am I the only one who has a ship date for October 19? I preorder the 14 in store at a little past 1pm
Oh okay, is there any sort of significance with the letter? And do you mean the Chinese facility or the warehouses in America? From what I've seen a lot of people's come from D77101 or something like that.
When did you order your phone and how did you order it? I have a ship date of 9/28 as well, hopefully I see an update tomorrow!
I got my shipment notifications this morning. One shows no data on Fedex's site, the other shows shipped Sept 25 with an expected delivery of Sept 25! Of course, that's my wife's...mine is the one showing no data. They're an hour apart on processing. Hope they both come the same day.
So i ordered from Verizon during the midnight pre-order and got my phone shipped on release day. i didn't get a chance to set it up till tonight and came to find that it didn't come with the USB/Lightning cable? like how am i suppose to charge this? luckily while i was doing the unboxing...i was on the phone with a Verizon CS/Rep because i was just double checking and to make sure that i won't lose my unlimited data while i'm activating the phone. so on the attempt of activating, i made the CS/Rep wait because i was opening the box and going through the stuffs and after i pull off the "finger tips guide" i see the earpods, the wall charger and, no USB/Lightning cable? i became furious because it because of it! haha! super messed up and it's funny it happened while i was on the phone with the CS/Rep
Anyways here's a picture after the unboxing showing you that my order didn't come with the USB/Lightning cable.
Now i need to wake up early to go to the Verizon store and hope that they'll give me a USB/Lightning Cable. it's weird that the CS/Rep was urging me to get a new iPhone from the Verizon store tomorrow and switch the one that i ordered. should i do that? or will it bring more complication? haha! i find this really funny.

That is weird! Hopefully they will have a cable for you. Don't know if they will have any phones in stock though. My delivery is October 5th, but I may head down to the verizon store this morning and see if they have any in stock. If so, I will cancel my preorder since I haven't been charged yet and buy it locally. last time I bought my phone full price and they asked me why I wanted to do that. I hate when they are nosey like that.
My CC was finally charged last night and i got a shipment notification this morning..it Said it was shipped today and would be delivered today. Is that even possible (it's being shipped from West Chester, PA To MD). I just don't wanna get too excited lol
Well, mine is officially on vehicle out for delivery! This has been quite an emotional trip! See you all for the iPhone 6!

Seriously, call verizon and get your tracking number. Once you have it, you can just track it through fedex and know every single detail as to where it is.

MY delivery by 9/28 order has shipped!! And should be here tomorrow according to FedEx. Woot!!
Time was definitely of the essence when it came to ordering. I just got my notification yesterday that it's coming tomorrow and I ordered 9/14 1130am EST, they told me that 9am was the cutoff for the first batch. They're really behind, I would almost gauge delivery by time of order/hour increments....then into days, if that makes any sense

Well I breezed thru just like you said... only to be told it still had a ship date of 9/28, no movement.
Hi all, Sorry if i have posted in this in the wrong thread, will be travelling to San Francisco this Saturday, I have a uk Iphone 5, will I be able to pick up a pay as you go nano sim?, If Yes any idea where, I will be in the Downtown Area Union Sq etc if that helps??
