I hope all of you know you can dial 611 on your iPhone and get the 1-800 Vz number airtime-free. Just saying... Then all the holds aren't so painful.
I'm getting my iPhone 5 today via FedEx Overnight. Yesterday at noon, my order status shifted to "Sent to processing." About 1 p.m., my CC was charged. No tracking number by the time I went to bed, but the FedEx tracking email from Vz was there this morning.
I ordered by phone to Verizon at 6:30 a.m. PDT the 14th with a delivery date of 9/26. Later that changed to a "shipping date" of 9/26. So, I'm a day earlier than predicted, one way or another.
BTW, my order is being shipped from Connecticut!! (I live on California's Central Coast). My location number from the order started with D543xxx, if that's any help to anyone. Guess I'm signing off this thread (Hurray!) Good luck to you all...😱
