Mine says expected ship date is 9/21 as well and i ordered right at 2:01am central.....i'm expecting its an error as well. Anyway, it will get here when it gets here. I'm patient 
So 3 days ago I checked my order status via Verizon using the Pre-Order confirmation number and my order came up as "Processing" with expected delivery date of 9/21. So yesterday and today I wanted to see if there is was any movement so I did the same thing and now it is coming us as "invalid Pre Oder Confirmation number or last name", so I figured it is probably being tracked by the actual order number now so I put that number in and again "invalid order number or last name". Now I am a bit worried that my order has gotten lost in the shuffle or something. Any other people have this issue?
This is the case for me. I would assume some type of transition in the system. I don't think our orders are lost...
I'm moving to VZW from AT&T after being with them for 6 years. They can't compete with VZW's LTE coverage where I live in Western Massachusetts. I signed up for the 1GB shared data plan for two phones. Anyone know why it says my monthly charges will be $170.00 when I calculate they should be $130 (2x smartphones at $40/each, plus 1GB shared data @ $50)?

mine has one, i only ordered one phone. It seems to be happening to new users. i spoke to two reps, both confirming i should not be charged that. They said to call them when the phone is active. they cant do anything until then.

So how do you find out your expected ship date if you placed the order over the phone? All I got was an email confirmation, and a promise from a rep that said 9/21.. But since it's not on paper... how can I chew them out if I don't get it?

your email should say the expected delivery? unless phone orders look different, and dont "chew them out" lol that wont do anything.

I had been considering switching my payment to a different card of mine to ensure the payment went through without issue, but am concerned about my delivery date slipping or anything like that.

also, a rep confirmed if your payment is declined they email you and you can call back and give them the new card. According to that rep, it wont push your order back if you call and give a new card in a timely manner. who knows what will really happen.
Got my conformation! A bit concerned though because if I "check the order status" it does not show the order as being valid. Anyone else having this issue?
