Mine says expected ship date is 9/21 as well and i ordered right at 2:01am central.....i'm expecting its an error as well. Anyway, it will get here when it gets here. I'm patient :)
 
This happened to me, as welll

So 3 days ago I checked my order status via Verizon using the Pre-Order confirmation number and my order came up as "Processing" with expected delivery date of 9/21. So yesterday and today I wanted to see if there is was any movement so I did the same thing and now it is coming us as "invalid Pre Oder Confirmation number or last name", so I figured it is probably being tracked by the actual order number now so I put that number in and again "invalid order number or last name". Now I am a bit worried that my order has gotten lost in the shuffle or something. Any other people have this issue?

I signed up for the 1GB shared data plan for two phones. Anyone know why it says my monthly charges will be $170.00 when I calculate they should be $130 (2x smartphones at $40/each, plus 1GB shared data @ $50)?

there are two $20 monthly line services fees on your email, right below your data.

mine has one, i only ordered one phone. It seems to be happening to new users. i spoke to two reps, both confirming i should not be charged that. They said to call them when the phone is active. they cant do anything until then.

Mine does that too, however if you keep reentering the information, it will eventually will be displayed. A bit fustrating, however I think more people are doing this every few minutes to see if there is an update on their status.

also, they havent even charged my card for the phone yet

your email should say the expected delivery? unless phone orders look different, and dont "chew them out" lol that wont do anything.

It's giving me this problem too, I don't know what it means and I tried entering it a bunch of times but it still hasn't come up yet.....:(

Have you tried putting your last name in as all capitals? I had to do this for mine to come up, and I noticed on the email it had the name all capitalized.

I had been considering switching my payment to a different card of mine to ensure the payment went through without issue, but am concerned about my delivery date slipping or anything like that.

Thoughts?

I believe someone else tried this and got their delivery pushed back to October. I wouldn't recommend doing this unless absolutely necessary.

also, a rep confirmed if your payment is declined they email you and you can call back and give them the new card. According to that rep, it wont push your order back if you call and give a new card in a timely manner. who knows what will really happen.
 
Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what the "Ace" refers to in the Ace Order No. and Location fields of the order status screen? And if there's any way to find anything out from the location number? Just trying to keep myself occupied until Friday. :p

Rep told me the same thing. Entered all shipping/account information as myself, but used my fiance's credit card (old school, we don't live together yet) as she wanted the miles. Rep said I'd be notified if there was any problem but that it wouldn't cause me to "lose my place in line".
 
This post is more along the lines of Verizon activation for this phone, but I'll ask anyways.

I purchased my pre-order through Apple. When it prompted me to type in a phone number to check eligibility, I used my fathers # because he was the one with the upgrade. When I receive my phone from Apple, will I be required to activate the phone to that number? I wanna use it for my own, but didn't have an upgrade on my line, and didn't want to pay $650 lol :confused:
 
Got my conformation! A bit concerned though because if I "check the order status" it does not show the order as being valid. Anyone else having this issue?

I was having this issue up until today. Before today Ihad to enter it three times before it recognized the pre order number.
 
What a pain Verizon is. Called on Saturday because I never received an order confirmation and my order screen said "pending credit approval" or whatever. Rep on Saturday said that my order was now approved and should be processed and I should get an email soon.

Called again today and the Rep said that my order was still in process, pending, by the bank and to wait 2 more days. Not a big deal I guess, but a pain that they told me it was approved and now I find out that its still pending for whatever reason.

Awesome. Thanks for the reply. I'll just let it wait and see how it goes. I'd rather call Verizon in the case of an issue to sort it out then.
