Verizon iPhone Available for Pre-Order to Existing Customers

took my email about 30 minutes to come, but vzw still says processing.

Hopefully we get an early surprise, if not, hopefully the 10th.

Had the address issue when I selected business, however, I left it at residence and let Fedex figure it out as the address is correct.

Yeah I'm happy that my order is in....order number in the low 300's.....but why the hell is Verizon charging an extra $50 more than Apple is for an unsubsidized phone? 16gb from Apple is $599 while Verizon is $649. Damn well better get here before the 10th. Verizon, you are a bunch of douche monkeys.

Nobody will get them before the 10th unless you work at FedEx or UPS. It's a hold with the shipping companies, so early delivery is not going to happen. Just the people who already have them will be allowed to talk review them.

And yes the ACE number is in order, by about x2. They have about 10,000 pre-made and the more shipping from china.

Yes there are nearly 2million pre orders tonight…saw the stats from someone my sysadmin friend who's up all night watching the site with the team to keep it up…
 
Anybody have any luck getting the phone for upgrade price if your net eligible for an upgrade?

I really want this thing, but do not want to pay $650 for a phone and my upgrade isn't due till Dec.

Can I just add a line to my current family plan and then drop my other line down to non-data and just be stuck paying the extra $10 for that line?

did anyone notice in there email the estimated ship date......The estimated ship date for your order is: 01/31/2011....yaa im confused

why would you say that when A LOT of the ATT iPhone preorders arrived a day earlier then release day?
 
Got 7 phones

I am east coast and set my alarm for 2:40 AM. Went and got a drink from the fridge, came back and it was rolling. I got one for myself and my wife and friends across three other accounts. It was smooth as could be accept the business address field was bad, had to say residence. I got the credit thing on 2 of the orders , and no credit thing on 3 of the orders. Not sure about emails, because I can't get my work email from home. I hope it all works. I bet those that ordered will start getting the phones on the 8th. Fingers crossed. I had ATT and it was ok, they just have very spotty coverage where we are at. I live in the mountains and CDMA seems to agree much better with the terrain.

Yeah,I don't have a ship date nor a confirmation email from verizon and it's been around 40 mintues since I ordered. I'm sure it'll be there waiting tomorrow(or later today).

All say they will be shipped over night by the 9th.

I love the fact they kept all my government accounts the same.

$52 per month for 400 share minutes, unlimited data, and unlimited messaging per phone.

can't beat that
 
ive been trying nonstop for over an hour to order my iphone and it keeps saying "sorry an error has occurred"...someone help me!!!!
 
i placed my order 12:07 and it's been over an hour and still no confirmation email... should I be worried?

What is the ACE number? Mine is 52XX..😕
 
I'm curious how many of you who ordered Verizon iPhones tonight were AT&T customers who got fed up with that network.

In any case, enjoy your new iPhones!
 
No confirmation email here yet. The on-screen order confirmation did say it will arrive by 2-10. I had to order at full price because I couldn't transfer an upgrade from another line. After I get the order confirmation I will call for a price adjustment.

EDIT:

Received confirmation. Says ships by 2-10.

try apple's website....my friend had the same problem so he ordered on there...worked out for him
 
I'm getting the same error message... since 2:58. This sucks. You can get right through on the Apple site, but they don't give you the new every two discount of $100

Am I wrong about this or does Apple not give the $100 discount?
