I must say I unequivocally hate you all who are getting your phones on Monday. No if's, and's, or's or but's! Thanks to Verizon's stupid ordering system I got no notification that my order wouldn't process until it was too late. I asked the rep WHY I was never contacted. She gave me a line about how the order system is automated so if there is a problem YOU have to contact them. Then WHY when you order do you have to give a number where you can be reached? Hmmm...
It seems the contact number is so they can keep robo-calling you to answer a stupid survey. They keep calling me now and I didn't even get to order.
I understand how you feel. Not sure what your phone issue was, but I had a pretty big issue myself. Rep fixed it, or so it seems. NO ONE has received their phones yet, so I wouldn't worry yet. You'll probably get yours on Monday or Tuesday too. I know it's hard, but don't take the notifications too seriously. It's not that great of an accurate measure of where your shipment is since there are too many unknown factors. It doesn't matter where your shipment is right now as long as you get it at the same time (or near the same time) as everyone.
