My iPhone 6 pre-ordered from VerizonWireless.com was (finally!) received from FedEx and activated, and I've registered for an account online.
When I try to activate a second Verizon iPhone 5S on this account, after entering the MEID I get the following:
If I log out and go through the motions of activating the phone on a brand new account (Wireless, Shop, Plans & Services, Activate Existing Device), I'm prompted to enter the MEID, I'm prompted to enter the SIM card number, the web page tells me my device is eligible for this plan type: "New Customers" "Get a MORE Everything Plan"
Any idea why I can't activate a second (existing) iPhone on my new account?
Any harm in setting up a second account while having the customer service types to fix whatever the problem is?
