I have a verizon person who is supposed to call me back soon to help (they were helping before the server fiasco)I'm the account holder of my Verizon account & I'm not inputting my social incorrectly (I went to FAFSA to try logging in with my social number and it worked so I'm not remembering it wrong...) and my billing zip code is what it should be... I'm so confused. Why wouldn't it work
