Verizon site was smooth

Ordered slightly before 3 am. Everything went through but got flustered on the data plan selection. Placed order moving to Edge plan. No confirmation e-mail but order confirmation shows a confirmation number and delivery date of 9/19.

Just went through trade-in process and received $200 for old iphone 4S - just received confirmation email for trade-in.
 
I was adding a line of service and got an order on hold because they need more information,we carry a large plan never had this happen maybe cause it's the new iphone,all I can say is it better not hold my order up!i am on hold I guess they are staying open for preorders

Yeah. I went through the motions on Apple last night and saw it wasn't there, so I called Verizon and they told me if I had any issues on their website (Verizon.com) to just call them...so I did.

They aren't placing the option for that plan anywhere.

I talked to a rep earlier about that plan. The only way i can get that plan is to buy phone full price, and then call them to switch to the $60 plan, which commits you for 1 year. I will do that once i get the phone up and running and switch from unlimited to the $60 plan and save $30 a month. I rarely hit 2GB anyways. If i wanted the upgrade, I would have to choose a different plan.

I thought you could get the subsidized price with that plan..
 
I'm just waiting for my confirmation email. I signed up for Edge and I didn't have to pay anything down. I'm hoping that wasn't a glitch :)
 
Hmmm. Completed my order, with a ship date of 9/19, but still no email confirmation?
 
I'm tempted just to go into a store next week and order. It'd be nice if their website worked for upgrading a device.
 
This is ridiculous. I got one order in within 3 minutes and was trying to place a separate order for my wife and am getting nowhere.
 
I ordered a little before 12 midnight..got the confirmation page, which shipping on 9/19... Iphone 6+ 64Gb gold.

I ordered over the phone and my confirmation shows, but doesn't show ANY date. I am calling them back to see what's up. The guy that took my order assured me my date still said the 19th when he processed it.
 
I got my order in through the apple store app on my iPad. Better safe than sorry. I'll take it up with VZW in the morning. Hopefully they will honor the 1gb data increase.

It did that to me at 2:58 too. That plan is unique and limited so they aren't pushing it. I immediately picked up the phone and called and got a rep right away. I placed my order with him and all went well. Heck, I even had to do the credit check and all that because I am new to them. Still made it.

has anyone's card been charged. Im a new Verizon customer. I just signed up tonight. I haven't gotten an email yet. There was no issues with credit checks etc, went right to the checkout screen and i entered my credit card info and it spit out the order confirmation number. I'm hoping i entered the right email address lol
