You might have a problem. A lot of times these things get delayed for weeks due to some processing or shipping error.

Did you check your email related to fraud verification email from Verizon?

I ordered yesterday around 10:30, when I ordered it said arrives on 9/20 and email says it also. This morning when I check the status it says arrives 9/27???? Wtf ...I ported my number so I’m a new customer.

I'm also a new customer to Verizon and ordered through them. My "your order is complete" email shows deliver by the 20th but the status page lists the ship date as the 27th.

I remember selecting “bill to account” when quickly placing my upgrade order. I don’t remember having that option in years past and always had to wait for my card to get charged

Mine says the same. I’m hoping it comes on 9/20 too. If not, it will probably be Monday.

I'm glad Verizon added the Pay Pal option. I no longer have to worry about my CC flagging it for possible fraud and denying the charge.

"Bill to account" means they'll add it to the next Verizon bill. There won't be a credit card charge. I also did this. Just checked my purchase email.

For the first time, I did charge to bill so not sure when I will even see a charge. I avoided ANY CC this year because of this exact problem. PayPal sounds like a good option too I just didn't want to waste time logging in.
