I had issues. I used  Pay using my  Card. I got an email from Verizon saying my payment didn't go through. I updated using my actual  Card number and I was charged for the Space Gray phone I ordered, but not the Silver.

I contacted Verizon since the Space Gray shipped and I got a tracking number, but nothing on the silver.

Verizon is telling me now that the silver phones are not in stock yet, but should be sometime this week.

I got Silver because I preordered late last year, so I can live with it again this year haha. You know we'll flood the feed with impressions!

In regards to going into a VZW store on launch day; there are quite a few people that I've seen on here that have said they have been able to go into a Verizon store on launch day, and had gotten the phone they wanted. I've bought an iPhone in a VZW store for launch day, but that was way back to the 4s, lol.

EDIT: I just saw @SnowWhiteFF's post about waiting to cancel the order until you confirm that you are unable to get a phone in the store on launch day. That's a great idea!!! Don't listen to me, lol

Well, I appreciate all the advise. We have a business plan so seems things are handled different. I'm going to wait until Thursday morning and if I don't get any shipping notification I'm going to cancel the order and just go to the store. This order was for the Midnight Green but I also placed an order under my daughter's line (who could care less about an upgrade) for a Silver and see which one I like best. I've had Gold for the past few years but honestly, I put a cover on anyway so the color really doesn't matter. Thanks for the advise!

My confirmation email from Verizon says it will deliver by 9/20 but my Verizon account says it will ship by 9/20.

This is exactly what happened to me but only ordered the a pro max 256gb in space gray and it shipped already.

Yea I used Apple Pay this year and wasn’t aware of last years problems. Got an email Saturday mid day saying my payment was declined. Of course I don’t see it till super late Saturday. Sunday morning I called and got the whole thing sorted out. They are still saying I will get it on 9/20. I called again today to double check and they assured me it will. I’m still processing tho.

Mine still says it’s processing, and will deliver by 9/20 but just received a text message saying my order was received on 9/16. I preordered it about 5 min after orders started on the 13th.

Got that same text and they finally charged me for my final xs max payment, so hoping it ships soon.

Your card has likely been charged and I bet you get shipping information soon!

You'll probably get tracking info by morning. In a few hours, if you check your order status on the VZ site, you will probably see a tracking number, but definitely by morning.
