If you did do Apple Pay through Verizon and don’t see any changes. They said it is an issue and they end up putting it on your bill. So make sure to call or it won’t go through. Thanks for the other people that posted to here about this issue. Big help!

This happens every year since Apple Pay came out. I thought they would have that sorted out this year so I used it. I got an email notification and fixed the payment. Phone has been shipped through ups for the first time ever.

Just checked on the App for my 512 Pro Max MG... The app says "Your Item will ship when Available. Estimated to ship Sep 20, 2019"

Why do they torture me every year, lol

I'm transferring to Verizon after years with AT&T. I'm porting 2 phones, 3 tablets, and 2 watches. I'm also adding 2 new phones (for 9 devices total).

I have nothing from them at this point and I need some customer service.

Attempt 1: The rep heard what I wanted, claimed noise on the line and hung up.
Attempt 2: The rep heard what I wanted, said "oh yes just a moment" and transfered me back to the beginning of the phone queue.
Attempt 3: The rep heard what I wanted and told me that it cannot be done.
Attempt 4: Twitter, where I was told to DM the details.
Attempt 5: Twitter DM, where I was told that I need to call the 800# and start the whole process over.

Am I making a mistake? I might just refuse all of the deliveries.
 
I just got an e-mail that all of my lines have been activated effective today. I don't even have any devices yet.
 
mines says the 27 :( I'm thinking of going in Friday morning, seeing if they have any in stock and canceling my order right then and there. Only thing is that I paid with a gift card how will I get those funds back?

Ha yeah. Same here. That’s exactly what my app says too (but on the website it says delivery by 9/20). I ordered a 512 space gray. I haven’t seen anyone on here mention that their 512 shipped out yet so they must be saving us for last.

Mine shipped this morning. Got the tracking number around 5am ... still shows as invalid in the Fedex system. Argh.
 
Anyone seen this when refreshing their verizon order?

I didn't use Apple Pay, just a regular credit card, and I had to contact Verizon after there was an issue with my payment going through. Contacted Verizon yesterday morning, and was told there was still a problem with the billing system (among other things), so he charged it to my account, and my iPhones shipped out this morning.

One year Verizon somehow lost both my wife's and my iPhone trade ins. We sent in our 6S's as trade ins for a 7 and a 7 Plus and neither were getting processed through the return center for some reason. I eventually discovered it when they started trying to bill me like $1600 for the remaining balance on the phones we sent back. It took me months to get it sorted out, after talking to several "managers". They even shut our phones off once because I refused to pay for phones I didn't have anymore.

When my wife traded in her 7 for an 8 and I traded my 7 Plus for an X, they only sent us return slips for one of the old phones, and it took me two phone calls to get them to understand what I needed, and then I had the same problem with the return of the 7--it had been sent back and received in the warehouse but nobody seemed to know what happened to it after that. It eventually showed up, but I never got the email saying they had it, which freaked me out.

SO......when I get emails like the one I got Saturday, I freak out. I think this year is the last straw--I just need to switch over to Apple's trade in program instead. I like Verizon's service and network speeds, but the trade in process sucks.

I have always traded in my iPhones at the store, as I do not like the idea of sending them in myself.

Got charged but of course it was declined through BoA. Was able to go into the app and approve the charge. Hopefully this doesn't cause any issues. Order is still Pending.
