I ordered two on Friday and got a shipping notification today. However the email only lists one device. I called and they say they are both in the box so fingers crossed!
 
Got charged but of course it was declined through BoA. Was able to go into the app and approve the charge. Hopefully this doesn't cause any issues. Order is still Pending.

I had this order a few years back and it was what ultimately made me leave Verizon. I ordered some new phones and such which would be prorated across time. There was a tablet discount, so I paid that in full. The order got declined as fraud and was manually fixed.

Unfortunately though they processed my payment for the iPad, it never did ship. The payment was visible to them but not attached to the order so they thing wouldn't ship.. nor could they refund it. This went on for a month before I had to do a credit card chargeback.
 
You can trade them in at the store??

This is my first year doing a 1-year upgrade, but whenever I'd traded in phones in the past (for credit), I would bring them by the store.

I DM'ed VZW on Twitter when the iPhone 6 was coming out, and they told me I could.

The first year I tried to do this, I was told that I couldn't do it by a somewhat adamant employee who finally went to speak to the Manager, expecting him to back her up. She came back, and said he'd be out to help me shortly.

When I traded in the iPhone 6 for the 7 Plus, the employee I spoke to was aware I could do so, and there wasn't an issue. The employee that took my phone was surprised that I brought my phones in already wiped, with Find My iPhone already turned off.
 
I placed an order yesterday morning for a Gold iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB since AT&T cancelled my damn order that I placed on the 13th as soon as it went live, and Verizon is showing shipped! However it says check email for tracking but I have not received a shipping email yet. I would think that I should have gotten a shipping email first?

I was shocked how fast everything has gone, considering I ordered this late, and my card was charged last night. This AM I got a couple emails from Verizon about confirming my email and a bill summary so I decided to check order status and was shocked that it said shipped! :) Now as soon as I get either a notification or tracking number I’ll start my OCD stalking of my phone’s location lol.
Did you check details, it may have the tracking number there.

I have tried it too and have never been able to do it. I'd so much rather just take them to Verizon and have a Verizon employee give me a receipt saying they have it.

I got an email almost a 30 minutes ago and didn't see it until about 10 minutes ago. Verizon says my payment declined, which is REALLY weird because I used Apple Pay. I went in and manually entered the same card and it went through. Mine still says Pending. Shipping date has always been the 20th.
 
I have tried it too and have never been able to do it. I'd so much rather just take them to Verizon and have a Verizon employee give me a receipt saying they have it.

I wasn't being a jerk, but I was adamant that first time. She kept telling me I couldn't do it, and I kept telling her I could. You could tell she was going to the Manager to get rid of me, and she didn't look very happy when she came back. She didn't apologize to me. She just said he'd be out to help me shortly, and left.

The second time, I simply stated why I was there, and was told someone would help me shortly, and the guy came out with the paperwork within a few minutes. Easy peasy!

Their payment system is having issues. I used a credit card, and it wasn't authorized. When I went to pay it online, it said it was going to charge me $228 in one spot, and $2,592.xx in another spot. I contacted Verizon on the phone the next day, and he was able to apply the $228 charge to my bill, minus the credit for the activation fees for my trouble.
 
Thank you, good to know! Although I approved the charge it isn't showing up on my credit card transactions yet. Hopefully ours change to a status of shipped soon! :D

Which sounds really funny coming from a pastor. Haha!

I'm ashamed to say it took me a minute. I'm like, I can think of fruit that would sound funny coming from a Pastor, but why Apple, and then all of a sudden, I got it. :)

I blame the brain fart on all the dealing I've had to do with Verizon since I made my order Friday. :confused:
 
Anyone seen this when refreshing their verizon order?
I got the same and when I entered my order info, i get an orange banner something to do with their system having some techincal issues.. maybe they are doing some mass updates right now... with (nolock) query at the same time LOL

I guess I'm glad its not just me. I had a TON of issues paying last Friday which is why it took me nearly 20 minutes to place my order. I couldn't place the order on my laptop or the Verizon app and finally did Apple Pay through Safari on my phone. Today it said I was paying around $150, but my email confirmation afterwards said $56 :\

Weird, my order status updated to Processing right away. Do you see the pending charge on your card yet?
