That was a good tip. I checked online and the order is there. Says it’s being processed and to check back later. So I think I’m good. I also contacted the rep I worked with and he said it looks good and he’ll check it again in the morning.
Same. When I went to manually enter my card after the apple pay decline, it declined it the first time due to this. I had to reply to the text and do it again.
I do, got my order in 30 minutes after pre-order started for a 256 SG Pro Max. Email confirm shows a delivery date of the 20th but the online tool shows the 27th and processing.

I pre-ordered a hour after the preorder opened but they had to cancel my original order because they picked the wrong Apple watch and that watch didn't release until October, so my phone wouldn't release till October. Then they reordered the phone by itself (and misspelled my email address), so I never got a email confirmation. CS gave me my confirmation number and told me it wasn't shipping until the 27th. They wanted to cancel my order again to change my email and I said hell no.
I'm thinking of walking in Friday morning when they are opening and seeing if they have any in stock in store, then I'll cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet.
Me. I said I wasn’t, but I always leave the window open for the keynote to sway me. Keynote did its job well this year. At least for what I was interested in.
We have the right to change our mind and that’s what I did, haha.

You’re not alone. I’m not due until next week. My order is now Processing which will probably be the status for me for a short while.
My card was charged this afternoon and pending changed to processing... Deliver by date has been deleted from Verizon website while the original order email from Verizon says deliver by 9/20. Is this a bad sign the shipping date may get pushed further? iPhone 11 Pro Max MG 256GB ordered 8:10AM EST Sept. 13th
Mine orginally said 9/20 then an email for 9/27 same model and color as you..Ordered 13th around 10:30am..i cancelled my order given no movement.Re-Ordered gold color same specs and arriving 9/20 at 10:30am
Payment issue/ re-enter boat: My Apple Pay payment declined. I clicked the link, re-entered (timed out), twice, ultimately locking payment system and advising me to go to a Verizon store to process order. Called customer service. He canceled the order, rebuilt it, and now the new won't deliver until 9/27/19 per confirmation. Thoughts on potential bump back to 9/20/19. I know it's only a week but you all know the drill . I'm just curious if anyone past or present had a similar experience with a positive outcome/earlier delivery? Thanks!!

This whole thread is cracking me up, I pre order every year-get on with life and receive it at my office release day. People obsess over some weird stuff, I was that way when I was younger. I remember when the iPhone 5 came out people were tracking the planes they believed their phones were on. They wont move until Thursday sometime from Verizons warehouse and ship next day
My 512 just changed to processing. Apple Pay ordered launch day.
People still do the plane tracking thing! I think it’s fun to watch people get excited about stuff rather than constantly negative. The order tracking threads are cool because it’s like we’re all waiting for Christmas together or something.
I personally start relaxing once I see it’s shipped. I’m good to go after that. Except today all the reviews came out and made me feel like Friday is never going to get here.
I had read this was an issue. I used Apple Pay too. I made a payment on my bill last week with my Apple Card and it went fine. I just got a text saying my Apple Card was just charged the taxes in my phone and it went thru fine.
I don’t know if using my card with VERIZON last week made mine go they ok, but it did.
That’s why we were called fanboys! Apple fanboys!!!

Same thing happened to me. It’s been a huge mess this year. Had like 3 orders cancelled and the one right now said deliver date of 10/7. Originally I was getting it on the 20th. However my card has been charged and now the deliver by date is gone and can’t cancel order so I’m hoping that’s a sign I’ll get it earlier. . 3 cancelations as well. This just happened today around lunch time. It’s in pending state as of this afternoon with no charge. I’ll keep you posted and you do the same! When was your new order built?My 256 pro max is still sitting at pending status. Shipping estimate is 9/20. I did a trade in of my max XS. I’d think it would go to shipped soon. Right?
Order was complete at 10am. Got a text from my credit card company at 2pm letting me know of the charge and that’s when I noticed the status said processing and no longer was a shipping date or option to cancel. It’s hard to believe it would go from 10/7 to Friday but here’s to hopingHey! Thanks for the reply
