Same here. Was worried cause I kept seeing people who ordered way after me get shipping info yesterday. Unfortunately(?) I miss out on the excitement of tracking the planes as mine is already in Pennsylvania. Oh well! Can’t wait for Friday!

Good Morning. So I received my tracking number... YAY!! Unfortunately due to a family emergency this morning, I don't believe anyone will be home to sign for my phone on Friday. I've spent 20 minutes on the FedEx website. Apparently Apple won't accept a signature door tag. Has to be an in-person signature. I've looked to see where if I can have FedEx hold my package, but that doesn't seem to be an option either, because they have to attempt to deliver it. Am I missing something? I just don't want to drive 3 towns over to the closest FedEx. Any suggestions would be helpful... TIA

I just got my tracking number from Fedex. It says it will be delivered by 3 pm on 9/20!
 
My shipping label was created about 24 hours before I got a tracking number e-mailed to me. During that time Verizon still said processing.
 
Finally after being on the phone with Verizon for about an hour yesterday, mine shipped last night. Hopefully next time I will remember to not use Applepay to preorder. It would have saved me alot of headaches...and calls...and chats...

Did they send you an email or did you reach out to them? I paid with Apple Pay and I’m still sitting at processing with no charge.

Sorry to hear about your family emergency. On FedEx's website, there is a form that you can print off and fill out/sign and tape it to your front door and FedEx should leave it for you. I've always just used a generic note on a blank piece of paper with my address, signature and tracking number and they have left it without problem.

I don't believe you have any option except wait for it to deliver once, then have it either reattempted OR held at the station. I have tried all that in the past. One thing you can do for the future, is go through the verification process and have it shipped somewhere else where there are going to be people. My account is at my home address and after they do a text verification, I changed the delivery address to my office. There's always someone there. Bonus is our deliveries are early in the day at the office...
 
Got a FedEX tracking 3 days ago but it is still not found in the FedEX system. Anyone in the same boat?
 
My Green, iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 shipped!
  • My order was placed about 17 minutes after they went on sale (delay due to their payment issues)
  • Had stated, until yesterday, that it was shipping Sept 20
  • I had to re-enter my CC details yesterday because Verizon sucks at ApplePay
  • Shipped via FedEx at 3:34 AM Pacific Time and should be here on Sept 20

SO did anyone have the issues with Apple Pay, and having to re-do their order and get bumped to October 2nd? But they swear I will get it launch day??!

Right here :(. Same boat. Mine shows 9/27. Keep me posted and I’ll do the same.
 
My tracking says it was picked up in Pennsylvania and will arrive tomorrow. Exciting!

Edit: I did have to reenter my cc# yesterday, but it didn't change my order. I was confused about that, but I guess it happened to a lot of people.

There are several people on here who had issues with Apple Pay and had to re-enter CC #, myself included. Mine did not get bumped, though- I re-entered CC info yesterday and it shipped overnight. I'm not sure about the others who had to re-enter CC info, though.
