My 256 pro max is still sitting at pending status. Shipping estimate is 9/20. I did a trade in of my max XS. I’d think it would go to shipped soon. Right?
Probably see movement tonight or tomorrow night. Although today my card was charged early in the day which is a first.
 
So I just got off the phone with Verizon because I got an email that my payment failed, I did use Apple Pay as my payment method when I pre-ordered at 8 AM on September 13. When I put in my card information I had to do it multiple times because it kept freezing on me when I went to try to process the payment. Then it locked me out and said that I had to cancel my order and starting over again. So I called Verizon and they were actually able to bill the amount to my next bill after 20 mins. I was getting ready to be really upset if I had to cancel and start fresh again but they fix my issue I will be getting my iPhone 11 Pro Max this Friday, September 20. Happy birthday to me!!

Same here! Birthday is on the 21st (Saturday) so this is gonna be a nice birthday gift to myself! :D

Order was complete at 10am. Got a text from my credit card company at 2pm letting me know of the charge and that’s when I noticed the status said processing and no longer was a shipping date or option to cancel. It’s hard to believe it would go from 10/7 to Friday but here’s to hoping

What day did they have to rebuild the order. Was that 10 AM today?
 
I must be missing something here. All of these posts about charging with Apple Pay and credit cards being charged and Verizon having billing problems. Is everyone buying phones outright rather than doing the monthly payments? It's the same price either way, correct, or is there some other factor I'm not considering? Doing monthly my credit card wasn't charged--it just went on my next bill, so no complications.

iPhone 11 Pro Max Space Gray 256gb - just got a text that my order was received. It said that once it ships I will receive tracking information.

Monthly payments.When I went to checkout it ask if I wanted to bill to my account.Super quick and easy,no need to enter any payment info.

Easy. I had the same problem. Open the email in the computer, click in the link, update your credit card and issue fixed!!

I’m doing the monthly payments but since my bill due date and auto pay date was set for a few days after preorders started I was required to make an additional device payment before I could order. Plus they also wanted me to pay the activation fee. Otherwise the monthly device charge will just get out on the bill.

yup its Apple Pay issue, although they are trying to play it off like its not! ugh... and they have to "reprocess" the order... probably won't get it on the 20th... joy! lol

Not that easy for me. I tried that, I have tried calling multiple time, but at the moment, I have been pushed from launch delivery to a 10/9 delivery. Talked to somebody again today, and was told they would fix it for launch delivery and not to worry. They even sent me a text afterward too assure me. Still showing 10/9, so not optimistic.
 
Got the email an hour ago about payment failure (paid with Apple Pay). Clicked the link and entered CC info. Payment was then approved. On the app, order changed from pending to processing and the cancel button disappeared. So things are moving along.

Ordered a 512gb pro max space gray. Supposed to have a 9/20 delivery.

Wonder why I seem to be the only one this didn’t work, when I tried doing this.

Disheartening as I have yet to receive any tracking info while I’ve seen people who posted their checkout times well after me receive their tracking numbers. My order was completed at 7:59AM EST and confirmation email was received at 8:00AM EST :(

And they now assigned me a new date of 2 Oct which she swears it wont take that long it should be here by Saturday.....
 
Finally at 4:30am got a shipping via FedEx notification. Delivery by 3pm on Friday.
Ordered Max Pro 512, Apple Pay (no issues) on launch day. Whew!
