Carrier Verizon Wireless 2019 iPhone Pre-Order Thread

Mine has been at the FedEx facility in NJ too since Tuesday, and my delivery is slated for tomorrow by 3:00pm. I was panicked yesterday because it has shown that it is “at local facility“ which I thought meant that it reached the final facility (which is nowhere near me in NY), but after reaching out to FedEx on social media they said not to worry. It also never showed up as a delivery to my address until today.
Glad to see it worked out though.

I honestly think iPhone preorder/delivery time brings out the best in these forums. Good knowledge all around, helping people out, friendly/excited conversation. I wish that were always these case with the forums.

Also, I see that everyone is ordering MG color. I think I am the only one faithful with the gold color.
It seems everyone is over it hahaNo changes on my replacement order that was canceled due to their payment screw up. New order still shows pending with a 10/9 delivery. I have been told I will get it tomorrow.
Whohooo!!! My phone is moving through Kentucky on it's precious way to me in Michigan. Delivery is 09/20 11:45 AM - 3:45 PM. It's going to be hard to sit through to workday at least someone will be home to sign for the package so that's something off my shoulders. I also got shipping for my silicon cases and those will be delivered on 09/21.
Just hung up the phone with Verizon and UPS. It is still sitting in "Shipment Ready for UPS". Verizon said it was picked up yesterday and UPS says it is lost in transit. Now Verizon wants to create a lost/stolen ticket.

Me too and I was just told my phone is lost in transit.
I am hoping they just didn't scan them when they received them and we will see movement later today.
I hope we see movement today. Mine is stuck saying “Shipment Ready for UPS”. Ordered a silver 11 Pro 256GB
Mine is also showing a status of "Shipment Ready for UPS." Was hoping to have it held at a UPS location but I don't know if that will be possible anymore.
Thats what mine says. Verizon is sending out a replacement today to be here tomorrow
Hopefully the ones that see that Ready for UPS message get some updates. Mine stayed on that message all week and didn't change until this Morning.
Yes same here I ordered on the 13th 10am delivery for the 27thOrdered mine on the 14th with a 27th delivery... why did i decide to wait
I called Vz. They keep telling me everything is fine with my Order and it should ship out tonight. The last CS rep I spoke to sounded like he knew what he was talking about and said that all the orders that come to Vz are then basically handed off to Apple and the shipments (all of which he said are overnight) are then made from Apple's warehouses.
My shipping address is in South NJ, with the FedEx facility basically around the corner.
That said, I'm having a hard time understanding why I'm still in "processing" with no shipment/tracking notice whatsoever.

Same boat. Paid apple pay, resolved it during the weekend. Got charged but still stuck in processing. They told me itll go out today but will receive it in 24-48 hours after it ships. I'm in southern cali, ordered the 11 Pro MG 256gb

Did anyone experience an automated call when trying to contact Verizon? I can't seem to find the right number. My order has been on processing for 5 days now.
Hi everyone. Sometime poster, long time lurker here. For those with shipments that still say processing or label created or whatever on the UPS/FedEx site i wouldn't sweat it. They probably have pallets of boxes they are working through. Either way it will get scanned and moved on sometime today/tonight. It would be a rare set of circumstances for it to be lost.
I could be wrong but I would be cautious of contacting Verizon too often as at some point a rep may just do something stupid and wipe out your order. It has happened here before. If you have tracking and are just waiting on the next scan you should be okay.
