When I saw on the tracking page that my phone had been delivered to my apt, I noticed that it also said no signature required. This is a first in my years of pre-ordering, that it did not require a signature; very weird for sure. This has been a weird pre-order for a lot of people on Verizon. I'm thankful that mine went smoothly.

Chatted with a rep last night and was told they would note my account to credit me my activation fee when it shows up on my next bill.
I just chatted with them and was able to get them to waive the upgrade fee and apply a rewards that I had off a new device. When I ordered the phone I was told that it wouldn’t apply since I wasn’t doing a payment plan. But after looking at the rewards it said that it applied to devices purchased at retail price. So, I’m very happy I spent about 10 minutes waiting on a representative and only about five minutes to get $35 off of my bill.
 
I didn’t use Apple Pay and still had problems. Their system is bad. Unless something changes between now and next year, I’ll be over in the Apple Pre-Order thread.

Does anyone have any ideas how to make this work? We recently switched to Verizon and got the $500 in bill credits for trading in a phone. What we want to do next is transfer my parents phone numbers, who are already on Verizon onto ours. Is there any way to get the $500 trade in promo on those new lines we’re going to create as well?

Initially Verizon said they would qualify for the $500 but now say they don’t since they’re already Verizon customers.

Is there any way just to add a new line on my account, get a new number, get the phone and $500 trade in then have my parents swap in their SIM cards into the new iPhone 11s?
 
After the iphone rebooted, stuck at this screen with no resolution at all..Back to verizon store it goes tomorrow!

Pretty sure they're have to entirely close out their accounts and then add lines on yours to get that credit
 
So... I got the 11 pro on launch day and decided it was too small. Just returned it to a vzw store. I also preordered over the phone a pro max. If I find it in a store before it is supposed to ship on 10/9 can I cancel my preorder and buy it in store?

Are you on IUP or paying full price? If paying full price, you can cancel anytime before it ships, and get one if you find before it ships. If on IUP, you might have to wait until your cancelled order clears, before you can use the IUP again.

Sorry I am a bit ignorant of Verizon programs. I’m on what I thought was called the DPP device payment plan through Verizon.

I posted this in the Verizon 9/27 thread, but for the sake of continuity to my 2019 Verizon pre-order drama:

In the strangest twist of fate, today’s flight was signaled to delay due to bad weather. If I didn’t fly today, the next soonest I could fly would be Tuesday due to my current schedule. Well, I ultimately had to change my flight, so now I’m not leaving until late Tuesday. FedEx usually shows up by 2pm in my area. Hopefully, maybe, please, I’ll be able to get my phone and set it up before flying out Tuesday night.
 
What didn’t u like
I just have bigger hands and use my phone for a lot. (Remote access to PCs being a big one). The smaller screen size was limiting me. I find that my fingers block a lot of the screen when I’m using the smaller one.

Yes, you should be able to. Make sure your order with Verizon is cancelled first, not sure how helpful the store will be to do that for you. I thought I saw a link to locate store stock, if anyone has it can you please post it. I was kind of surprised of the lack of in-store stock in my area, stores were never shipped certain models/specs. Apparently they get trucks in a few times a day so they will probably be rolling in this week.

I pre-ordered my 11 pro at 8:13am EST on 9/13 with no payment issues. However, I have not received my phone. Fedex says delivery estimate is pending and the only thing that has happened is the shipping label was created on 9/19. However, on fedex's site is says they have not received the package yet (while VZW's site says it has shipped). After speaking with Vzw CS, they had said that it has not left the warehouse due to flooding in Texas...

Has anyone else who pre-ordered with no payment issues had similar issues where there is now no estimated delivery date and they haven't received the phone?

I ordered my 11 on 9/16, and VZW site still says processing, or check back, or shipping around Sep 20 - depending on how I access the info. Nothing on FedEx/UPS apps yet.
 
This is the worst launch day experience so far. After totally screwing up my order and re-ordering, now they can't find my phone. What a joke. iphone 11 64gb product red pre-ordered on the 13th and still waiting.
