Well Verizon's site was useless. I was stuck in a loop where I would select the line to upgrade after picking the device and it would then take me back to the device selection page. Tried logging out and back in to no luck. Jumped to Apple's site and the delivery date was showing Sep 27 to Oct 1 for Silver Pro Max 512. Downloaded the VZW app and preordered that way with zero issues.

Silver Pro Max 512
Midnight Green Pro 512

I'd love to get it by the 19th. Didn't see that date anywhere.
 
Blasted My Verizon app! I've always ordered through that, but after endless spinny things I get 'We can't complete your request right now. Sorry about that. Please try again later.'. Also can't make any progress via website, the 'Return your original device' option is grayed out for some reason. So I'm ordering with a rep over chat! 512 GB Pro Max Midnight Green. ETA 9/20!

I ordered 11 Pro 64GB in gold. Pick up at Apple store is 9/20. I have an Upgrade Fee of $40.
 
This time I couldn’t use my PayPal secure login so I was slow completely my transaction but it’s in and my device dollars still won’t apply. $40 wasted

I wasn’t decided on color until the counter went to 0. I was torn between gold and space grey.

Verizon was a disaster for me. Both app and website for some reason weren't showing that my account was early upgrade eligible (I confirmed yesterday that it was), had to call Verizon directly. 11 Pro Max 256GB

well im trying to use my device dollars and it's not working...... well then lol

Mine showed up at the very end while checking out. Verizon said "you have $10 in device dollars would you like to apply it?" I just clicked yes and it was subtracted from my total.

Call my Device Dollars did not go through either but I called *611 and they made notes on my account so when the phone arrives they will credit my account.

Mine did not show up but I called CS and they notated my account, they said they will credit my account once I activate the phone.

I had similar issues. Device dollars wouldn’t add through the app. It added on the website, but PayPal wouldn’t work. When I just entered my card, I was able to get to the final screen but the Place Order button was greyed out even though I checked all the boxes. I ended up getting through on the app. Give them a call at some point and they should just credit your account for the amount of the device dollars.
 
Just ordered my GOLD Pro Max in 256GB :D

Wasn’t too bad. Called Verizon at 5am and took about 15 minutes ;)
 
What a mess for me. Upgrading my current line (XS Max). Verizon's website glitched out before I could complete my order for my Pro Max 256GB so I switched over the app and finished it in a panic. In my panic I didn't realize that I accidentally selected a regular Pro 256GB... UGH. However, I went back to Verizon's website and they let me upgrade my line to a Pro Max. So now I have 2 confirmation emails and have been on hold on the phone for 25 minutes.

This is fine.
 
I had some trouble with the Verizon site too. Had to pay the 12th payment from my previous iPhone upfront, which is strange I don't usually have to do that.

Tried to change my shipping address... error
Tried to change my credit card info... error

But with a little persistence I got my order through as I want it.

Ordered a 256gb iPhone 11 Pro Max in Midnight Green. 09/20 delivery.

I wanted to order directly through Apple so I could do an in-store pickup but I had one monthly payment left before I could upgrade. Verizon won't allow you to pay the last month and upgrade without trading your device in via their website.

Used Verizon site and it was glitchy as hell. Went through everything and then clicked pay , then it went to a different screen, not a order confirmation or anything. But then I checked my email and I got an order confirmation email, so I guess it went through. Pro Max Green 256gb and it says 9/19 date.
 
Wasn't planning on upgrading this year for the first time in years but ended up going with a 256GB iPhone 11 Pro in Gold. I had no issues with the Verizon site (heck, I actually took my time this year) and order confirmation came through at 8:02 with 9/20 delivery.

Had a lot of issues with Verizon's site. First time ever actually after several preorders with them over the past several years. Had to restart my purchase several times, switching browsers, etc.

Tried the app at one point, but the 11 pro in space gray did not even show the 64GB option. Other colors did. I'm not referring to launch-day delivery - it didn't even show the 64GB period in space gray.

I've never had a complaint or issue with Verizon on pre-order day until now. Feels like they should have tested their site and app a lot better.

So, you went with SG in the end, eh? I was torn between those 2 colors, as well. SG won out in the end for me, too.

I know this is a little off topic but does anyone know how we get the one year free of Apple TV+ that Apple announced when you buy a new iPhone? Will we get an email later once Apple TV+ starts in Nov or something?

Well.. I got in, submitted my order for 2 iPhone 11 Pro's.. but I meant to do the Max on both. Doh! It let me cancel the order, I had to wait about 5 mins for my upgrade to show up again, and submitted once again, no hiccups. First time submitting as a Verizon customer went really well!
