I completely forgot to use my device dollars as I was checking out LOL. I did the bill my account option and I was afraid to call them to address it. Thought they'd mess up my order so I think I will call them once the phone comes in.well im trying to use my device dollars and it's not working...... well then lol

I just placed a pre-order through the Verizon App for a gray 256GB Pro 11. It says "estimated to ship around 9/20".
For those who say they are getting 9/20 delivery, did the order start with "estimated to ship around 9/20" or did it always say 9/20 delivery?

I was trying to pre-order online on the Verizon site, but it wouldn't let me add my device dollars or trade in device. The hold on the phone was too long so I used the Verizon app istead.
I know my tade in value of iPhone 7 was supposed to be $50 becuase the screen is cracked, but the app applied $100 to my order. I took a screenshot that I marked that the screen is damaged so we will see what happens. Anyway I got the iPhone 11 Pro in 256 Space Gray. Estimate ship is 09/19!
the same thing happened to me with the dollars I just called Verizon and they applied it to the account not the order
Yup. I that was my orginal plan if the device dollars wouldn't work, but at some point I couldnt even select my trade in device. It directed me to a page that said 404 Error. It's still not working on the site. I'm at work and can't be on hold for 45+ minutes trying to talk to someone. The app worked well.
I placed orders this morning with the update plan but notice now it's not an option, I even tried 2 different browsers but they're both saying the same thing...either pay full retail or go on the payment plan. The site is very wonky, I kept choosing the color Pro I wanted and it kept defaulting to another color, then I chose a One Year Contract (business plan perk) and checked out and my confirmation says 2 year contract--had to cancel that one and my upgrade won't be credited for 24 hours so I used my sons line to upgrade and delivery got pushed back to 9/27. Go on chat and ask them why they took that option off.I went to order, but it says the new device won’t be eligible for the annual upgrade program. So did Verizon get rid of this program now?
