I ordered thru the site on my phone. I started around 8 or 8:05am and it was smooth then buttons stopped working after the part where you confirm your plan (I’m adding a line). Refreshing brought a blank page. I tried again around 8:30am and everything was completely smooth and didn’t encounter any delays for the devices.
 
I got mine phone as well Pro Max green, 64 gb, but when I went thru process it kept showing I would be eligible for $200 line upgrade, with my x trade in at 325 should have been 525 but that never showed up in receipt. Chat line rep says it will get credited once I activate phone. I smell something fishy.
 
Verizon still showing launch day shipping available for almost all models on their own site. I saw the Silver 11 Pro 256gb slipped to a week later though.

iPhone 11 Pro SG 256GB - received order confirmation 3 minutes after preorders went live.
 
I just placed a pre-order through the Verizon App for a gray 256GB Pro 11. It says "estimated to ship around 9/20".

For those who say they are getting 9/20 delivery, did the order start with "estimated to ship around 9/20" or did it always say 9/20 delivery?

If your order says 9/20 you will get it on 9/20.

Well I was about to buy 2 new iPhone 11 Pro's (port in) and 2 new Xr's for the kids.. Also was porting in 3 tablets and 2 watches.

Their website can't handle that many items and when I had a rep on the phone I was missing 1 tablet IEMI.. once I got that the Xr's were out of stock.

No new phones for us.
 
I was trying to pre-order online on the Verizon site, but it wouldn't let me add my device dollars or trade in device. The hold on the phone was too long so I used the Verizon app istead.

I know my tade in value of iPhone 7 was supposed to be $50 becuase the screen is cracked, but the app applied $100 to my order. I took a screenshot that I marked that the screen is damaged so we will see what happens. Anyway I got the iPhone 11 Pro in 256 Space Gray. Estimate ship is 09/19!

the same thing happened to me with the dollars I just called Verizon and they applied it to the account not the order

Yup. I that was my orginal plan if the device dollars wouldn't work, but at some point I couldnt even select my trade in device. It directed me to a page that said 404 Error. It's still not working on the site. I'm at work and can't be on hold for 45+ minutes trying to talk to someone. The app worked well.

I ordered my 11 Pro Max 256GB Space Gray and forgot to use my device dollars, but remembered when ordering my wife's 11 Pro 256GB Silver. My first order went through fine, the countdown and auto-refresh at preorder time was helpful, but I got kicked out when doing my the second one and had to repeat. What's strange is the 11 Pro says it will be here 6/19, but the Pro Max 9/20.

I also noticed Apple added the Verizon Device Payment Program to their site (I saw this the other day) and planned to try ordering there, but it said it couldn't be done online, only in store.
 
LOL they did a credit check and asked a bunch of questions that even I don't know the answer to. Like.. no idea when my house was built. I know general timeframe but they gave 4 consecutive years.

I should have just stayed with AT&T for convenience.

Going on 3.5 hours of trying to order phones.
 
I went to order, but it says the new device won’t be eligible for the annual upgrade program. So did Verizon get rid of this program now?
I placed orders this morning with the update plan but notice now it's not an option, I even tried 2 different browsers but they're both saying the same thing...either pay full retail or go on the payment plan. The site is very wonky, I kept choosing the color Pro I wanted and it kept defaulting to another color, then I chose a One Year Contract (business plan perk) and checked out and my confirmation says 2 year contract--had to cancel that one and my upgrade won't be credited for 24 hours so I used my sons line to upgrade and delivery got pushed back to 9/27. Go on chat and ask them why they took that option off.

Guys i got my pre-orders in early but in the orders section of the app it says "ships around 9/20". Does this mean i won't get my phones on launch day??!!!? WTH!
 
got up at my normal time for work (thank god it was 8am this year) loaded up verizon page on my computer. With my phones on the apple store. Wanted to have my done with Apple but Verizon page open up first. 8:01 i was sitting looking at my order in a email...Space gray pro max 256g. Now the waiting starts.
