[doublepost=1568354292][/doublepost]Sorry about the first message with no content! I was just on the Verizon app and the new iPhone 11 phones are all listed now with a count down to preorder time.I’m not seeing the iPhone 11 available when I try to upgrade through the Verizon app. I usually just let order through them every year. Do you have to go through apple this time? I only have one payment left until I’m eligible and it gives me the option to pay it but doesn’t offer the iPhone 11 pro as an option?
I asked a chat rep this and was told NO and I've never seen that option going through their website but if you use the app it may let you. My Fed X shipments have always arrived after 6pm that day, which is annoying, especially when you've sold your old phone and shipped it out already.I plan on preordering thru the Verizon App tomorrow morning (!!!) my question is, is there an option to pick up your preorder from a b&m Verizon store? If so, which is a better option, store or mail? I'm asking because this year I will only have a couple hours window, after work on the 20th, before I have to go out of town for that weekend and I want to have my new phone when I hit the road. There has been an issue in the past with having someone home to sign for the mail option when both me and my wife both work during the day.
So it seems the Promos are Luke Warm for the iPhones.
I never had to through Fed X, not sure about UPSDoes Verizon make you sign for the package??
For VZ they use FED X, never had UPS through VZ. Yes, it comes on the 20th, problem is you have no control over what time it comes. I might have it shipped to my husbands business, that way it should get there earlier...my Fed X deliveries to my house usually come in the morning but of course on delivery day they come after 6pm...so I'd rather pick it up in the store but don't think that's an option.Who do they use? And if you pre order does it usually come on the 20th?
Just checked my order from last year - they used FedexWho do they use? And if you pre order does it usually come on the 20th?
VZW has always used FedEx in my experience and I've always gotten my phone on launch day.Who do they use? And if you pre order does it usually come on the 20th?
Also FedEx has to deliver to the address on Verizon bill first and if on one is at home they will take it back to the depot and you will have to pick it up.VZW has always used FedEx in my experience and I've always gotten my phone on launch day.
Never had that happen, I always request it to be sent to my home, not the business address. It defaults to the billing address though but I just change it.Also FedEx has to deliver to the address on Verizon bill first and if on one is at home they will take it back to the depot and you will have to pick it up.
With FedEx, signature is usually required. However, if I'm not going to be present for delivery, I've always left a signed note on the door and they have always left it. That might not be applicable to all areas, though. And you dot have to sign?
I always had to sign whenever I got a phone from Verizon through Fedex. And you dot have to sign?
If I pre order on Verizon at like 845-9 will I still get it launch day?
