Ordered a 256gb iPhone 11 Pro Max in Midnight Green. 09/20 delivery.
I wanted to order directly through Apple so I could do an in-store pickup but I had one monthly payment left before I could upgrade. Verizon won't allow you to pay the last month and upgrade without trading your device in via their website.
It's amazing that you were able to cancel, wait, and then try again and get your order in for both phones! 9/20 delivery too?Well.. I got in, submitted my order for 2 iPhone 11 Pro's.. but I meant to do the Max on both. Doh! It let me cancel the order, I had to wait about 5 mins for my upgrade to show up again, and submitted once again, no hiccups. First time submitting as a Verizon customer went really well!
Not sure good question though I'd like to know too.I know this is a little off topic but does anyone know how we get the one year free of Apple TV+ that Apple announced when you buy a new iPhone? Will we get an email later once Apple TV+ starts in Nov or something?
Used Verizon site and it was glitchy as hell. Went through everything and then clicked pay , then it went to a different screen, not a order confirmation or anything. But then I checked my email and I got an order confirmation email, so I guess it went through. Pro Max Green 256gb and it says 9/19 date.
For anyone that couldn't get the device dollars to not work. either chat with them or call them they will credit the account for you.

I should’ve started with the app... website crashed and I ended up screwing up my order on the app lol.

First time pre-ordering through Verizon app.
I am already on the Verizon installment program with my current iPhone XS. I selected return device and upgrade (I have paid 12 months already). Went through selecting my iPhone 11 Pro with no problem and at the end it asked me if I want to trade in a device and get $200 or something, I declined and completed my order.
The confirmation email does not say anything about my iPhone XS trade-in/return and when I go to the app I can still select my current iPhone XS and start again a "return and upgrade" order.
Did I mess something up or is this just how their system works until they process everything?
What a mess for me. Upgrading my current line (XS Max). Verizon's website glitched out before I could complete my order for my Pro Max 256GB so I switched over the app and finished it in a panic. In my panic I didn't realize that I accidentally selected a regular Pro 256GB... UGH. However, I went back to Verizon's website and they let me upgrade my line to a Pro Max. So now I have 2 confirmation emails and have been on hold on the phone for 25 minutes.
This is fine.
I had no issues whatsoever on the website! I had myself logged in, ready to go, then once the timer went to 0 I clicked preorder and sailed through in about a minute. Honestly the easiest flowing preorder for me I think I've had so far!

Check with customer service. Worked fine for me.I went to order, but it says the new device won’t be eligible for the annual upgrade program. So did Verizon get rid of this program now?
