Just ordered 256Gb midnight green 11 Pro max. Confirm email dated 8:36am ET. 9/20 delivery to Boca Raton, FL. No problems - sailed right through.
 
I regularly use Chrome for browsing on my Mac, but for some reason; pre-ordering seems to work more smoothly on Safari. It glitched a few times on Chrome and I got error messages as I was checking out. Switched to Safari, no issues.
 
Ordered a 256gb iPhone 11 Pro Max in Midnight Green. 09/20 delivery.

I wanted to order directly through Apple so I could do an in-store pickup but I had one monthly payment left before I could upgrade. Verizon won't allow you to pay the last month and upgrade without trading your device in via their website.

Same thing happened to me. Oh well, hopefully the delivery truck comes early!
 
Well.. I got in, submitted my order for 2 iPhone 11 Pro's.. but I meant to do the Max on both. Doh! It let me cancel the order, I had to wait about 5 mins for my upgrade to show up again, and submitted once again, no hiccups. First time submitting as a Verizon customer went really well!
It's amazing that you were able to cancel, wait, and then try again and get your order in for both phones! 9/20 delivery too?
 
For anyone that couldn't get the device dollars to not work. either chat with them or call them they will credit the account for you.

How did everyone cook?! I got my 256gb white Pro Max for 9/20 delivery! I believe according to the site, only the midnight greens in the Max have actually gone longer than release day...dud year confirmed?
 
I know this is a little off topic but does anyone know how we get the one year free of Apple TV+ that Apple announced when you buy a new iPhone? Will we get an email later once Apple TV+ starts in Nov or something?
Not sure good question though I'd like to know too.

Used Verizon site and it was glitchy as hell. Went through everything and then clicked pay , then it went to a different screen, not a order confirmation or anything. But then I checked my email and I got an order confirmation email, so I guess it went through. Pro Max Green 256gb and it says 9/19 date.

My wife’s order took forever. Then said 9/19 date as well. That makes me weary because mine went through fine prior as 9/20.

I did separate orders because it’s easier if I decide to cancel one. But I hate their system.
 
Used the Apple Store App at 8AM. Got a release day 512GB Green. I have tried to get 512 before but always strike out with that getting delayed first. Happy to go whole-hog this year. Didn't go max since I like smaller phones and there's no difference except battery life.

I was so excited I forgot to use my apple store gift card.

I am already on the Verizon installment program with my current iPhone XS. I selected return device and upgrade (I have paid 12 months already). Went through selecting my iPhone 11 Pro with no problem and at the end it asked me if I want to trade in a device and get $200 or something, I declined and completed my order.

The confirmation email does not say anything about my iPhone XS trade-in/return and when I go to the app I can still select my current iPhone XS and start again a "return and upgrade" order.

Did I mess something up or is this just how their system works until they process everything?
 
I should’ve started with the app... website crashed and I ended up screwing up my order on the app lol.

I had no issues whatsoever on the website! I had myself logged in, ready to go, then once the timer went to 0 I clicked preorder and sailed through in about a minute. Honestly the easiest flowing preorder for me I think I've had so far!
 
What a hot mess I tried every browser I have on my computer an none of them would let me complete the error. It seemed to be mostly around the trade in section I just kept giving me a blank page. Ended up chatting with a rep to complete my order

If you click and try to upgrade your iPhone Xs, it will say "You have a plan change pending" which means it went through well I believe.

What a mess for me. Upgrading my current line (XS Max). Verizon's website glitched out before I could complete my order for my Pro Max 256GB so I switched over the app and finished it in a panic. In my panic I didn't realize that I accidentally selected a regular Pro 256GB... UGH. However, I went back to Verizon's website and they let me upgrade my line to a Pro Max. So now I have 2 confirmation emails and have been on hold on the phone for 25 minutes.

This is fine.

I don’t know why you panicked, these phones weren’t going anywhere that quick.
 
Messed up my order! Wanted to get a Pro Max! How dumb I didnt noticed I choose Just the Pro!!!!! I only realized when I was in Amazon shopping for cases and protective screen.

When I tried to add a new one the checkout now saying I have to pay a deposit for Max...

That's awesome! That's how my previous one was too. Also, my issue is all cleared up now. Honestly wasn't expecting to get it taken care of this morning, so go Verizon!
