Another concert style video

Here's another video for your viewing pleasure showing footage taken at a concert last week. I'm pretty impressed with the end result [for the phones ability not the content  ] you can see whats going on well and you can definatly see a difference when I remember to touch to focus after about 40 seconds or so. The whites get pretty blown out though.

All in all not bad for someone holding there phone with there arm full extended in the air waving it about. :)

I'm sorry to hijack the thread, but I searched and came out with nothing and I noticed many of you use iMovie from iPhone (just bought).

Is there any method to embed PHOTOS (possibly with the Ken Burns effect) INSIDE the themed frames?
Probably I'm missing something big here, but I'm able only to embed videos inside the frames...photos are always fullscreen.
At most I can change the transition between them, but I want them inside the theme, not fullscreen.

Many thanks!!!

Oh, man, having girls makes men say words completely outside their vocabulary zone! (Wife and I have two daughters). This is just (don't make me say it!!) so awesomely cute! :( msmith, before you know it, she will be -- well, in our case, 6 and 3 years old! But, gawd, I remember those "year-old" discovery days...) Sorry, back on topic.

check out my sigline for tips.

short version:
new project --> import photo (apply kb effect, or not) --> export as video.
Make it at least 10 seconds in length, this way you can shorten it (since vid clips can't be made longer).
then import your new 'video' clip to your other project

Genius!!!
I understand using this workaround is necessary, I wonder why they didn't let you do it directly...you're forced to use double space.
Many thanks, I didn't thought about that solution!!!

Vastaholic, that was spectacular. Thanks for sharing!:)

And thanks for introducing me to Jonsi...

Just joined this forum not too long ago.. didn't even look at this thread until now though.

Here's a video at a concert we went to.

Low light, very noisy and crowd was pushing, but I managed to keep my hands pretty still.

I uploaded straight from the phone to YouTube.

The thing that impressed me the most was the audio quality of the phone. I've taken videos at concerts with compact digital photo cameras and the audio always sounds muffled, just from the fact that the music is soooo loud. I was very happy!
