VZW Order Status Thread

Verizon has charged my card for the iPhone 6 Silver 64GB and is saying it will ship by 9/19! Hopefully that means delivery by 9/19!

Same exact thing here same 128GB Silver 6+ 9/12 Ship and Order date....ordered at about same time...hopefully it gets sorted out
 
Yup, mine says will be delivered by 9/19 ! also just fyi for anyone wondering, last night at 3am i was able to bill the iphone to my account

Ordered at 5:45am EDT I've checked my email & spam and my husband's (account owner) email & spam repeatedly. :( I guess I"ll call them in the morning. Wicked bummer. At least the confirmation seems to still be working. *knock on wood*
 
Anyone else's say:"We received your order and it is in process. Payment not taken yet."????

Ordered at 3:08AM ET, confirmation email at 4:38AM ET. Email said Delivers by 9/19. Earlier, order status said 9/19, now blank.

Update: Just got an email from Verizon that my order was on hold, called and they said card didn't go through... I got a fraud alert earlier but confirmed it... Anyway, rep took the card info again and ran it, said it went through. Said my place in line was kept. Hope I'm good!

Update 2: Card now showing pending charge!

oooh! my card was just charged!! That's good news :)

(Never been so excited to have $350 less in my bank account! LOL)
 
Ugh mine has not been charged or even a hold yet. :( email says deliver date 9/19. Yesterday when I checked the online status of my order it said deliver by 10/1 but today it's not available order in process.

Same here....have been checking that website every 5 minutes...:(
 
Ordered 3:03am EST. Got a confirmation e-mail around 5:30am with 9/19 delivery date. Nothing on verizon's website except "We received your order and it is in process."
 
Ordered a 6+ and my order status has this:

We received your order and it is in process. Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.

Confirmation email says delivered by 9/19/14, Credit card has a -$1.00 and $1.00 charge from Verizon.

You're good. It will update later on, but you got your confirmation email. All good!
 
Email confirmation says 9/19 for my 64gb silver 6 plus and 64gb black 6. Order status DID say ships by 9/19 but is now blank. I've been through the preorder on every phone since the iPhone 3GS and have never been burned, but it went so smooth last night that it has me worried.
 
I almost feel like whoever ordered an iPhone 6 within the first 5-6 hours of the pre order you're absolutely guaranteed to have yours on launch day so chill out! and stop getting us 6+ buyers false hope when you post changes to your orders! you have nothing to worry about!

I'm in the exact same situation. Same exact phone and same dates listed. Site said 9/19 when ordering, got the email a couple hours later that says 9/12 for both and status page says 10/14. I really hope that the 10/14 day is wrong because I don't want to have to wait in line on Friday.

I'm still waiting in confirmation email as well. Glad to hear that there are still a few of us at least. Ordered around 2:30CDT. Would be a nice if they processed orders that are receiving constant status requests first. Clearly those are the people looking for reassurance that all is well.

Have any new customers gotten their corporate discount applied? I tried to call a few times today but got bored after being on hold for 15 minutes. I'll give it another go tomorrow morning.
 
My card has been charged and the status is "Your order has been sent for processing". I opted for the basic 16Gb gold iPhone 6 and it doesn't look like stock is an issue for very many of the smaller phones.

I'm trading in an iPhone 4 and Verizon is sending an envelope for me to mail it back to them in. Does anyone have experience with how fast the turn-around is on the trade-ins? I'm certain that the flood of phones they'll be receiving will certainly slow things down a bit but I'm hoping to receive the credit fairly quickly to apply to my bill.

I was originally given a date of 9/19 for my 16GB 6+. Today I saw it randomly slip to 10/14. I called Verizon and the rep I talked to told me he was able to confirm that I would ship on 9/19. When I check my order now it says:

Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.

My CC hasn't been charged yet.
 
I got my confirmation email at 2:59 AM EST,
but still see
Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.


128 gbSpace Gray model. what's up??
