I ordered right at 2:01 am ct as soon as they went live,ordered the 16gb iphone 6 plus in space grey,I had to add a line of service. I got an email saying my order was on hold,I'm like WTF! So I called waited on hold for 25 min and it was because we carry a large plan,I run a home business so they had to approve the new line. I asked is this going to knock my delivery time as I ordered right when they went up I was told I would get on release day.So I hung up,then saw the date on the space grey 6 plus has slipped to 10/14, so I called back another 20-25 min wait and got a lady that assured me my place had been held,well guess what!? i finally got my email confirmation and the ship date is none other than 10/14! So by this time I'm really frustrated,so I call back again a 30 min wait this tine and the guy says there is not much they can do,I notice the 16gb silver 6 plus is available for 9/19 delivery,so I ask can I change it to that?
He can't cancel the other order so he placed another and added another line and said I could return the other in Oct when it gets here.
So I'm getting a silver 6 plus next Friday,but what a frustrating night,I ended up with 2! I don't know,I might keep the other too,just haven't decided yet.
My first I ordered which got the hold on it and had to be reprocessed is showing 10/14 delivery. The 2nd order that they ran through at 3:30 am which was the silver 16gb 6 plus the only one left still available for 9/19 is processing,but delivery date shows unavailable. The delivery confirmation on the email says deliver by 9/19. I'm probably going to keep both,though it wasn't my intention to add 2 lines,but my son in law says he'll buy the one coming in Oct from me.
