Worse part, we are shifting apartments that day and I can play with my iPhone till we finish moving!! :( :(
 
So it looks like everybody in this thread has a shipment date of 10/7 and later. Well I wish you all luck with that. I would take my chances in line if I were you. I'm just saying

Long story short, I was on the phone with CS for two hours today. I spoke to 8 representatives (wrote down all of their names lol) total.

The order was cancelled due to an issue with my employee discount? I'm pretty sure others had this issue too.

I had to re-order the iPhone (6+ 64gb). They were able to preform a "Jump the line" request and they changed the delivery date from scheduled 11/4, to Friday.

Not happy with the overall experience, but glad that they could push up the order for me.

Can you provide a few more specifics on what you said to be able to get a "jump the line" request? I'm preparing for battle with the CS Reps in an hour or two.

I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus 128 gb space grey. Very few if any one who ordered this model has received a shipping confirmation. A couple of users have had their orders canceled and gotten an email saying that the cancellation was due to high demand. Of course this is sparking a lot of of anxiety. I have had no updates at all, and no cancellation thus far.

Recently I saw my account updated to show that there is an upgrade pending on my line. Previously it didn't recognize that there was any upgrade pending. Perhaps that is a good sign.
 
So excited. Friday isn't coming quick enough lol. Well at least I get to test out ios 8 tomorrow so that's something to look forward too
 
Ive given up hope on my iphone 6+ gold 128GB... the only thing i've gotten was an e-mail confirmation on the 12th about the 9/19 delivery. i'll just hope i get it before thanksgiving. :rolleyes: i'm not gonna cancel my order and settle for another iphone i don't want. it's just annoying how all the carriers are "surprised" by the high demand. what did they expect?!

same, but i think we have to wait until tomorrow to sound the alarm. if so ill raise hell on the phone and get them to put me at the head of the line with a different model.
 
Anyone know where to presign for our FedEx shipment? I know Apple offers this, but what about our VZW orders? :(
 
Any 6+ 16GB space grays ship yet?! I think there shipping out batches based on model ordered. I would imagine huge pallets are coming in daily from FedEx and verizon is getting them out as fast as possible

I ordered on the 12th with expedited shipping. It is the 16th and my order still says "preparing for shipping" and haven't heard anything from Spigen. Guess I will be without a case when I get my 6+
 
I had to drop a iPhone 5 at the South Hills PA Apple Store for the power button replacement program and was asking about the iPhone 6 plus stock and was given the following; they would have very very limited stock of the 6 pluses in the initial shipment. I followed this up with a visit to the Verizon Location a few stores down, and was told that they did NOT expect to have any of the iPhone 6 plus models on day one.

Takes this info for what it's worth, could be good info or could just be blah blah blah.

Waiting for three (3) of the iPhone 6 pluses to leave limbo. All ordered on the 12th.
 
64GB 6+ Spacegray, received e-mail confirmation last night and FedEx has it in Pennsylvania right now.

I believe these are all sent requiring a "direct signature." That means you cannot leave a note or signature taped to the door. If you miss it, they will leave a form that can be signed and left for the next business day, BUT, that probably wouldn't work either with the "direct signature" option.

Someone earlier said FedEx wasn't letting you pick them up at their facility, but I am not sure that is true.

Mine is coming UPS, and I have thought about doing the facility pickup if they will let me. You can't even request it until it shows "in transit."

I feel bad for all the iPhone 6 Plus users who are having a really annoying time with their tracking :( Verizon can seriously be clueless.

On the bright side, iOS 8 tomorrow so that's exciting yes? :) I was able to beta test it but lost my phone AKA no more UDID... So I can't wait!
 
Just got my tracking number! No status updates other then: "Order processed: Ready for UPS". Launch day delivery here I come! (Unless UPS messes up). Reading these posts has kept me hopeful these last few days. The fact that I ordered an hour after preordered started and never got a confirmation email (looking at you Google) I kept telling myself that I would have to prepare for the fact that I might not get it on launch day.

To all those still waiting: Don't worry, your tracking number will come. If they push your date back, you can always try your luck in-store on Friday.

Ordered from Verizon Preorder at 1AM Pacific (1 hour after opening)
Order processing mid-afternoon 9/15
Order charged late evening 9/15
Tracking number received early morning 9/16
Deliver date on Confirmation page: 9/19
Confirmation email (supposedly, never received): 9/19
Expected delivery via UPS: 9/19 by EOB
 
Random but did you guys see that verizon bumped anyone before 11/15 that had to wait to upgrade to being eligible now?
