About 3:05am, original e-mail was 9/19. The first check on VZ order tracking showed 10/7 as delivery then it switched to "Not available" the following morning.

Anyone know where to presign for our FedEx shipment? I know Apple offers this, but what about our VZW orders?

Great my order has an error in it. Now to try to figure out why. Thanks for this info.
My UPS code works now but says a label was created on the 18th. One of my two charges was put back in my CC account so I'm only being charged for one instead of two...weird.
Just spoke to a corporate Verizon rep.. Said that any 6+ 64GB orders made between 12am-12:14am will receive their order on 9/19. Anything ordered from 12:15-12:40 will receive their phones on 10/7, despite my email stating it will be delivered on 9/19. My order shows to have been made at 12:33 EST in their ssytem. Still no tracking info. What a bummer. So that means there was only a 14 minute window to order the phone?? ....

Me either,that would suck. I got in my order within the first half hour, but the conf. email says 1:41am PST. First and last time I "pre order" a damn phone online.

Ive given up hope on my iphone 6+ gold 128GB... the only thing i've gotten was an e-mail confirmation on the 12th about the 9/19 delivery. i'll just hope i get it before thanksgiving.
I just got off the phone with Customer Service- I also pre-ordered a IP6+ 128Gb Gold phone. I got the 9/19 delivery email but no tracking yet. Two days after my ordering , I found my card was used fraudulently so I had to cancel it. I called Customer Service to let them know and they noted it on my account and to call back when I got my new card. I got my new card today and called them back. What I found out was that even though I have not seen it, my card has already been approved for the phone. Apparently Verizon acknowledged the problems last year with the 5S and are trying to right i this year with the IP6's. The 128's are not here yet- they were extremely adamant that I will get it on 9/19. For me the shipping warehouse is in Texas so those of us in Texas have a bit of an advantage in that respect. I had no reason not to believe him, and he was very cordial considering the thousands of calls they have received.
As far as being surprised- you don't know what you don't know- last year they introduced the 5C in different fun colors and guess what- it's now a free phone- it just didn't resonate with customers as much as expected. The opposite is true with the higher capacity and larger screen phones. Who knew?

Ordered Silver 6plus, 64gb at about 12:01 and got an email confirmation at 12:03 for 9/19 delivery. After that everything seemed in limbo as my credit card detected fraud and declined it on Saturday. Spoke to Verizon, straightened it out, and this morning it's shows shipping.

Don't give up!!! All I've gotten is my conf e-mail with a 9/19 delivery (6+128GB as well). Called Verizon last night, and was told that they are still processing pre-orders, and if you got a conf email with a 9/19 date, you'll get it.
I'll start getting pissed around Thursday afternoon if I haven't heard anything yet.
I got a confirmation email the night of, but haven't got anything since. Still 10/14. I can't find a way to login since I'm a new customer and my current number isn't registered since I don't have the phone.

9/12 -- 3:05 am - I had my 6+ 64 gb gold phone ordered.
My confirmation email arrived at 4:15 am showing a 9/19 delivery.
Friday 9/12 through Sunday night 9/14 no more emails and when I checked my order status through the original email link (using the preorder confirmation number), it said my order was processed but shipping information was not available at this time. It stayed that way until Sunday night. When I went on MyVerizon, it said I had no orders.
Sunday night I checked MyVerizon again and my order showed up – but no real details. Monday morning I checked again and it said my order was placed 9/14, gave me a UPS tracking number, said it will be shipped 9/18 via “UPS 2nd Day Air – 4PM.” A bit screwed up on the dates. When I clicked the link for “complete order details” it showed my correct order date of 9/12 and the same info above.
I got a shipment notification email Monday at noon that showed a delivery date of 9/19 via UPS. When I clicked on the tracking numbers it said it was invalid/no record of that tracking number. I checked MyVerizon, order details, and it had changed to “ UPS 2 BUS DAY SVC BY EOD” with a Shipment Date: 09/14/2014 and Status: Your order has been shipped. A few hours later I checked MyVerizon again and it said I had no orders. It came back later that night.
Today (9/16) I clicked on the tracking number around 11:00 am and it changed to “a shipping label has been created” and now shows shipping via UPS Next Day Air Saver. Shipping/billing date is 9/18.
That’s my story. Bottom line – if you have the original confirmation email that shows a 9/19 delivery and haven’t heard anything since, you are probably OK (eh, maybe).

I've had a similar problem. I placed my order at 12:10am friday morning for a SG iPhone 6 64GB and they canceled it in error friday evening. I reordered and they are unable to give me a ship date. Every rep I talk to can't help me and one took pity on my situation and gave me a $15 credit on my account. My other 2 phones went through without any problems, a 6 and 6+. I "edged" up all three phones.
Who/what department did you finally talk with to get your order processed?
I think that is the first 128 6+ Space Gray to get shipping. Hopefully that means they just opened a crate of 50,000 of them and are starting the shipping.
