VZW Order Status Thread

has anyone else phone been moved since they got Fedex number. Mine went from Westchester Penn this morning to Newark NJ which is maybe 20 minutes from me. Secretly hoping for it to come before the 19th.

Mine is showing the same thing. Label created 9/18, overnight via UPS, deliver 9/19 before 3PM. Interesting. I wonder if this means we won't get any tracking info until 9/18?

iPhone 6 Plus, 64GB, Silver Ordered from VZW at 1AM Pacific.
 
i harrassed that online verizon chat for the first time since my order... i said i was worried about not seeing any tracking #'s shipping notifications etc... and he said if your email said 9/19 then i will get it then.... sorry verizon for bugging you. oh well that's what theyre there for

No 16gb 6+'s?! Maybe tomorrow. I ordered at 315am and got 10/14 email but my expected ship date was 9/19 and now no information available! Any ideas?!
 
I just have to laugh at all the people with tracking numbers that are worrying. Seriously?

Mine hasn't moved. Why is mine there? Why did it go there?

Seriously people, yours shipped.

There are many, many, many people still waiting for their phone to ship.

Does anyone think I'll be able to visit my phone at the Newark NJ FedEx depot before Friday? I don't want to get it early, just want to make sure the box is stacked correctly and that it's being kept in comfortable conditions. Maybe sing to it. Or give it a personal item of mine so it can get used to my smell ahead of time. Don't want it getting unduly freaked out when it arrives on Friday. Man, SO much to worry about.
 
Anyone with a 10/14 date have theirs change to an earlier date? Mine still says "Expected Ship Date: Not avalailable at this time" since yesterday for 6+ Gold 16GB.
 
128 GB iPhone 6 Plus in Space Grey. Order number around 200,000. Just got charged and status finally updated.

I think they just didn't feel like bothering to update their system to handle this many orders, so they're basically entering stuff by hand. If you got a 9/19 confirmation email I wouldn't worry unless you have a really good reason to.
 
Card just charged for full amount and the order now shows up in My Verizon. 2 128 GB 6+s, one Space Grey, one Gold. Order status page says "order is being processed, check back tomorrow". No shipping email yet.

So I called the Internet sales line and explained everyone I've talked to over the past several days and the mixed info I've received. The lady I spoke to said my 16gb 6+ was definitely slated for 10/14 despite originally being told 9/19.

I kept my cool and explained about the errors some people were receiving Friday morning. She put me on hold and came back with a supervisor. After telling my story again she offered to "escalate" my order because it wasn't my fault that I was getting that ecpd profile error or whatever it was. She said she would call me back tomorrow with an update.

That was about 2 hours ago. I just checked my order status and it has changed to:

"Status: Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow."

This makes me very happy as I hadn't even seen a charge go through on my card yet. I have co workers that ordered the same device 30 minutes after me and they already have tracking numbers. Hopefully a sign of good things to come.

So for those of you that received that error, try calling and pleading your case.

Just called the number for Verizon Internet Orders and everything is the same 10/14 is my ship date. My first fail pre order since the i4 lol. Not sleeping much on Thursday I guess.

Ordered 2 iphone 6plus 16gb gray

Finally got into "Check back tomorrow" status, and my cc was charged...

Same thing just happened to me. Same phone. San Francisco here. Looks like things are moving for the 6+ 128 GB Space Greys. I can relax a bit, finally.
 
Order number 81xxx, ordered 11:59pm PST 9/11. Just got my CC charged and the "check back tomorrow" status update.

All is well.

Finally got a little change, went from "we have received your order and is in process" to "Your order has been sent for processing".

This was for 2 128gb plus's on the east coast. Ordered before 3am

Here's hoping!

Edit -- just checked CC... Also charged the full amount! Looking good fellas!
